clean rooms uncomfortable mattress and no breakfast included or food or dinning area , to overpriced and we checked out and had gone to airport family of 6 and 3 of us returned for only 30 min and they charged us 100 for having our stuff stored , what a shameful action!!not happy

We never had the opportunity to find out.

Where to begin. We booked this hotel several weeks ago having been unable to book Hotel Maya in town. We arrived mid afternoon quite tired after the journey back from the Pampas. On arrival we were met by silent blank stares with the manager, who kept repeatedly staring at her phone screen and volunteering no explanation. We established that they had our booking but we were told they were full. We eventually discovered they had given our room to someone who had turned up that morning. The manager seemed to find the situation amusing, she gave no apology for what had happened and offered no assistance in finding another hotel. Fortunately our guide from the Pampas trip was still with us and helped sort out other accommodation... at Hotel Maya which was very good. The guide also mentioned that this was not an uncommon problem . So the Hotel might be absolutely marvelous.... we will never know .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were standard but clean and comfortable with ample hot water. The owner was very accommodating, allowing an early check in, holding our bags whilst we went on a tour for 5 days and also allowing us to use the outdoor showers upon return to clean up before our bus back to La Paz The outdoor area is a little Oasis with very well kept gardens and a nice pool.

Lovely Hotel with a good size pool.

Very clean and close to the town. Gave us everything we needed and had a nice pool. Family running it were very friendly too.
