Le sauna, la chambre et la nourriture excellente

J'ai dû insister pour faire le sauna, ils me disaient que je devais rester 2h et payer pour 2h. J avais le temps pour 20 min pour le sauna et je ne voulais pas faire 2h.

... other guests were not aware of other people see them drop a piece of bread on the floor and put it back into the basket for the next person - gross. Too hot in the rooms, unable to adjust the temperature. Rooms were not super clean and we had to ask to vacuum the rugs around the beds. Please have someone who is passionate about cleanliness and hygiene watch the buffet.

Нет должной уборки в номере. Уборка была только в первый день. Во 2й день: только воду принесли. Туалетная бумагу пришлось просить. В номере был чайник но нет чая. Но имелась пачка презервативов и полный бар напитков и алкоголя. При заселении мой бронированый номер люкс был занят, со слов сотрудника на ресепшн она представила мне другой номер на более высокого класса, хотя этот номер был оформлен как комната из дешевого порно фмльма, освещение очень тёмное, создаёт мрачное впечатление с примесью похоти.

Room wasn't clean. Breakfast was terrible. Wi-Fi was very slow. You can't work here.

poor organisation. i got told I could stay an extra day that I had requested at first, not just once but twice. 15 minutes before 12 I was told I had to leave that same morning. also, the laundry is very expensive, about the same price as your room.

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean and comfy as depicted. Beyond that the hotel is located next to central highway with a big parking in case you rent a car as in our case

Breakfast could be improved and have more choices as we speak for a 4 star hotel. One night we did not have hot water!
