The only problem was very few people spoke English. Almaty has become a cosmopolitan city and the needs to have someone on the front desk who speaks English. Aliia was great and very helpful.

Good value for money if you want low budget solution. Large bed, comfort temperature. Moderate breakfast it’s eatable ;)

It’s too tired hotel it must be renovated. Very old all equipment in the hotel. if you would like have a lunch or diner the best solution will be not eat in there, look around another place

location is good. lobby was beautifully decorated. room was spacious. breakfast was tasty and included everything even fresh salad and veggies

Check-in was process was delayed. bed was uncomfortable and outdated.

Well, the hotel is well located. The air conditioning system was working good in the room. The bottled water was brought to the room every day - this is good. But that's all with the advantages.

This hotel cannot be called 4 star. I would not call it 3 star either. The room is poor and needs renovation as well as the whole hotel. The elevator in the hotel was not working and during the whole day construction works were conducted. I was offered to use the stuff elevator at the arrival - but only for taking the suitcase up. The rest of the days I had to use the stairs - back and forth all the time. The pillows in the room are NOT hypoallergenic and this is a HUGE shame of the hotel, that means, that nobody actually cares of the guests. The breakfast is poor - there is nearly NOTHING to choose, if you do not eat pastry and pork. Only boiled eggs, nothing more. The cheese looked very dangerous to be taken, being constantly dried up. The personnel at the reception desk was not able to assist in booking the special taxi (I needed a minivan), they started to use the same Taxi app, as I also have a possibility to use without them. But most shame is the bathroom! Hairdryer is so old, that it nearly designated in my hands. The shower stand was too loose to be used, I had to hold it in one hand, rather than to use it being fixed on the wall. So all in all I would call this hotel a huge shame and would never return to it.
