Под консолью при заезде лежала пробка от вина. Там же она лежала и на конец недельного проживания. Поэтому про уборку пола есть большие сомнения. Но ванну убирали нормально, перестилали кровать, меняли полотенца, так что это не критично.

Хороший отель, останавливаюсь , вернее останавливался постоянно и бронировал своим партнёрам , заселили , все хорошо, девушка была на ресепшн , имя к сожалению не помню, было 12 ночи, устал с дороги , без очков не разглядел бейджик , номер к сожалению был на стену какого-то здания, хотя сказали , что на парк , но не критично ! Сам номер отличный , чайник, чай, водичка ,.

К сожалению произошел неприятный инцидент , в душе не оказалось одной дверки в душевой кабинке, вода не сходила, канализация забита!!! вся вода на кафель ванной комнаты, что не совсем комфортно , чтобы не свернуть себе шею на мокром кафельном полу Разложил два полотенца для ног на пол, тем самым обезопасив свой выход из душевой кабинки без двери, но полотенца тоже оказались с сюрпризом , рыжие полосы , при чем одинаковые , от сушки на ржавой трубе!!! Вопрос к руководству отеля!!! Почему заселяют в такой номер ???!!! На Безопасность гостей чихать хотели!!! И все бы можно было проглотить , ну бывает, ну не проверяют номера перед заездом гостя, хотя обязаны это делать !!!!но при выезде из отеля мне попытались предъявить за якобы мной загрязнённые полотенца!!! Хотя положили грязные, что в принципе не допустимо!!!! Вызвали старшего менеджера, сразу подтянулась вся охрана отеля, ну конечно, злодей же , не захотел на мокром полу шею свернуть!!!! Как до полиции дело не дошло!!! В принципе я объяснил ситуацию, что такие грязные полотенца мне положили изначально , со следами от сушки на ржавой трубе !!! Я много езжу по миру, много живу в отелях, бывали проблемы и с кондиционерами, сантехникой, запахами всякими, но все решалось цивилизованно , заменялись такие полотенца , чинились капающие краны, меняли номер с запахами , всякое бывало, но такого, ни в одной стране !!! Ни в одной!!! Даже номера в Европе не проверяют при выезде!!!все на доверии !!! Да, возможно в этом отеле были случаи пропажи полотенец, халатов, телевизоров, мини холодильников , лампочек , что проверка номера при выезде-к сожалению необходимость , ладно бы мини бар был, а то бумажка с перечнем минибара лежит, а холодильник пустой, либо не нужно ложить перечень минибара, либо заполнять его согласно приложенного перечня!!!! в следующий раз при заезде буду делать фото всего в номере, чтобы не предъявили что выпил все в минибаре, снял телевизор, вынес ковролин и тд.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The breakfasts were good and varied. The spa and swimming pool worked and were clean and nice. Rooms were made up daily. Hotel staff was very friendly. We booked four separate rooms for a family gathering, and all family members liked the hotel. Recommend this place.

В номере не пылесосили пол при уборке, либо только по середине номера проходились. Ребенок раздавил кусочек печеньки около кровати, сами убрали, но без пылесоса не особо выходило. За 3 дня так никто его и не убрал. Бассейн был прохладный для ребенка, для взрослого нормально

All in all we really liked the centralised location of the hotel, the comfortable rooms, repetitive but delicious breakfast, the restaurant, the Bar service, the basement Swimming pool and Hammam + Sauna. Special mention to the restaurant staff, the lady chef who made lovely eggs and the ever helpful Sultan. As we had made last minute bookings, we only had the option to take a Superior Twin Room and Standard Twin room for our family of 5. The Superior Twin was spacious and the bed was comfortable as well. Additional pillows need to be requested for extra comfort. The view was not good probably due to late booking. The Standard Twin room is comparatively smaller but adequate for 2 persons and had a view to the hotel parking. The hotel maintains high quality cleanliness, and has friendly reception staff, security and housekeeping personnel. The Wifi was also pretty good.

Everything was good and exceeded our expectation in spite of the late booking. One night when we were fast asleep, we had a call from the reception asking us to reduce the noise level in our room!! It was a bit upsetting as they should have checked which room is making noise before randomly calling and disturbing the sleeping guests. It would have been good if the rooms had better view than the one we had of the neighbouring building garage. 2 pillows on each bed would have been ideal, to avoid having to request for additional ones. The shower hot and cold water adjustment is a little tricky but certainly manageable. All in all, it was still a very good stay.

Very clean rooms, nice bathrooms and amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was also amazing. We normally went out for dinner and just on the last night we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. I very much recommend it. It’s delicious and comes at a good pricing. Personally I did not use the wellness area but my partner spoke well of it.

Our cards sometimes stopped working and we had to activate them again. Easily solved though at the reception. The hair dryer functioned a bit weird and grew very hot but maybe that was just natural for that model.

Великолепный отель в центре старой Алматы - откуда рукой подать до парка 28 панфиловцев (зелёный оазис тишины в центре мегаполиса) и до Алматинского Арбата. Отель с предлагаемыми услугами полностью соответствует, где цена равна качеству. А вот приветливость и доброжелательностью персонала бесценна! Обязательно в следующий раз вернёмся в Renion Park Hotel

The hotel was in a good location and within walking distance of various restaurants and bars and other facilities. The hotel was very clean and my room was great.

Fantastic location for city sightseeing. Breakfast is very good, so is the selection of drinks at the bar which can also be enjoyed on outdoor seating. Rooms are very quiet and have aircon. Has an Indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

Pool could be cleaner and bar should offer a call service to the pool.

I stayed 3 nights at the end of a longer trip - very comfortable hotel to relax and recharge. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good bathroom, large breakfast with many options, and overall good value. I've already recommended to friends.

Used the sauna one evening around 7:30-8pm and several loud young children splashing in pool - probably better to come after 9pm when they're asleep

Internet speed was good enough for surfing, but not for streaming 1080p videos. I didn’t have a stable conference calls
