Чистый свежий отель. Нет лифта, но есть помощник, который поднимает багаж. Завтрак - 3 варианта на выбор, хорошая порция. Там же выпечка и прочие вкусности. Расположение удобное.

滞在中、体調を崩しましたが、受付スタッフのZharasがとても親切に対応してくれて、大変助かりました。彼の対応には心より感謝しております。また、薬を準備してくれたお姉様、荷物を運んでくれたボーイにも心より感謝しております。おかげて、素敵な旅になりました。改めて、この場をかりてお礼申し上げます。また、お会いできる日を楽しみしてます。

В отеле приветливый персонал, все очень чистое и новенькое! Кровать, матрас и подушки очень удобные. Есть все необходимое! Практически не слышно людей, которые идут по коридору.

Не понравился запах от кафе.. ну это решается , если не открывать окна! К отелю это по сути не относится.

Месторасположение отеля прекрасное, все рядом. Номера чистые уютные. Персонал отзывчивый прекрасный, доброжелательный.

Жили в 316 номере, угловой номер, было немного прохладно, но спать в прохладе даже очень прекрасно! Душ нормально не работал, то кипяток то холодная вода. При выезде из отеля предупредили об этой проблеме, надеюсь следующие поселенцы не будут мучиться.

Tesisin konumu çok güzel müze, parklar, restauranlara yürüme mesafesinde. Otel ve odaları çok çok temiz. Şubat ayında gitmemize rağmen ısıtması çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı doyurucuydu. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Herşeyi 10 puan.

Great stay, very central location, everything was perfect.

The staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful - despite the language barrier they did everything they could to help us and answer our questions. The bathroom and room were lovely and clean when we arrived and it felt very newly done and fresh.

Breakfast - this is done in the cafe attached to the hotel. There is a choice of three and only one is vegetarian (you can’t mix and match or have elements of one or the other - or maybe you could if you speak better Russian than me!). The women in the cafe are very shouty - i had the audacity to ask for both juice and coffee one morning and received quite an aggressive answer! Remember to tell the front desk what breakfast you want the night before or they’ll ring you at 22:30 to find out. Cleaning - the cleaning staff begin at around 17:00, this was usually when we were back after a days sightseeing and were relaxing pre-dinner, therefore it was hard to schedule and so we missed out on cleaning for a couple of days. Most hotels i’ve stayed in clean much earlier in the day so I haven’t had this issue before.
