Fabulous staff and breakfast. Room was clean but very small.

The stairs to the rooms carpet needs a good clean or replacement.

The staff were so friendly and they could not do enough to make my stay any better. The rooms were clean, in excellent condition. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

staff are very attentive and one of the reasons to return back knowing you would get an excellent service. Food and drinks are slightly pricey but it is lytham, the food was exceptional and the guy at breakfast the next day was very attentive and fab host. A lot of hard working staff.

just needs a bit of touching up in a few places like the carpet on stairs is a bit dirty but thats a lot of foot fall

Breakfast was the best of all the hotels we have stayed in.

Could not fault it really apart from of course the British weather.

That we didn't have anywhere to sit to finnish our drinks once our meal was finished . Needs to be more seating for guests staying at the Queen's. And not just eating.

Room 11, king size with sea view, new bathroom and very comfy four-poster bed. Good breakfast. Right on seafront.

All OK but be aware that this a big pub with rooms so pub food and no lounges.

Large room with good facilities, comfortable, fantastic view, loads of storage and very clean. Fantastic location within in walking distance of everything you need. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.

Lack of parking. Difficult stairs to rooms. Would have liked pastries as an option at breakfast.

The position of the hotel was Excellent for strolling across to the sea front and also walking into the centre of Latham where all the nice bars an restaurant’s are there is everything on your doorstep

The Rooms are lacking a bit of updating and considering they are Expensive Rooms to stay in the likes of the Tv are disappointing with lack of channels that are Available and the bathroom lacks even the basics to take a Shower

Very popular pub. Staff were very friendly. Food was good. Bathroom was lovely. Nice decor. Enjoyed the stay .

Above the kitchens and it was very noisy. Not like the photo shown. Upgraded and was a bit disappointed with the location of the room and not a very comfortable bed. Not worth the extra money.

Lovely breakfast good choice of hot and cold options . Beautiful sea view from room comfy arm chairs . Comfy bed and pillows nice bedding and towels . Shower room adequate bit small . Didn't use the free standing bath at the end of the bed but am sure would have been great . Fantastic staff , all were very helpful which was a relief for me as my husband has Parkinsons and sometimes needs a wheelchair . Great outside seating for food and drinks . Would stay there again .

Quite loud music in bar but it didn’t bother us in our bedroom which was at rear.
