This apartment was a very pleasant surprise for us. We loved the warmth it exubs and the thoughtfulness that went into designing and planning its facilities. It's located in a new building block, with underground parking which has elevator access. The neighborhood is very safe. The Tram station SAN SOVINO is just a 3-5 minutes walk. There's a PAM supermarket round the corner which is open till 22:00. The host Francesco was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially appreciated his ability to communicate fluently in English. We highly recommend this location.

Francesco was very kind and helpful! he gave us all the information that we’ve needed… the apartment was big enough and clean but there was a problem with the bathroom and it was a little bit uncomfortable to have a shower! the location was good as it was near the train and bus station!

The apartment and location were perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and all we needed was available. We were able to do several loads of laundry and leave to hang dry over night. Having a microwave was great.. We had ample room. Everything was clean and also very close to transportation.

No freezer, small TV in bedroom.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment which wasn’t too pleasant and left our clothes smelling, but other than that, we couldn’t fault the place

We missed tablets to the dishwasher and coffee maker. Easy to solve ;-)

The location is too dangerous(especially at nights)..Too many thieves around there and all the neighbours windows have an extra bars to protect themselves..The other apartments(Resident citizens)was too noisy at nights who definitely they wasn't friendly at all..

Professional host. Ideal choice for family or group who want a place more than a hotel. Full equipment of kitchen. Almost opposite from supermarket. Clean, tidy, spaceous. Near bus and tram for historical center. It provides safe underground garage on the building with internal elevator.

Everything was really nice. The host, the apartment and equipment, 2 big terrasses, parking facilities, short tram-ride to the city center, nice and quiet area.

Sofa-bed was not so comfortable

Nice building, own private parking, full equipped and nice host. Big balcony. You have a supermarket in the corner and also the tram stop to go to the center. Totally recommend it.

Clean, comfortable, safe. There were all the amenities of a real home. Free private parking!

It is in a new building, the decoration is very pleasant and modern, the equipped kitchen is nice, dishwasher, air conditioned, a nice big balcony with a washing machine. It also has a complementary parking

It is not a walking distance to city center so you have to take a tram

The apartment has a nice layout and provides everything you need. It's very light and interior is all new. The space for 2 person is big, it even has 2 terrace. It didn't have a safety box! However the door is very secure and there are window blinds which can close of the entire apartment and make it very secure to leave your valuables there. Big bonus was the secure underground parking! There is also option to park on the street. Just around the corner is mid size to big supermarket, a park for taking a walk and the tram and bus stop to town... really everything you need for a nice stay. The host was very friendly as well, welcomed us and explained everything.

It did not really bother me since I never used the terrace but if you are planning to use it you should know it is just above ground level and neighbors over the street have good view on it. Not a deal-breaker though since we didn't spent any time there.
