מקום מקסים, תחושה של בית. נסעתי עם ילד בן 5 שנהנה מכל שניה. בריכה מתוחזקת ונעימה, גקוזי מפנק שמשקיף על הכנרת, שולחן ביליארד וכדורגל הילד היה בעננים.

למי שמגיע מומלץ להביא דברים מהבית למטבח, הצוות מאוד השתדל לדאוג לכל מה שביקשתי אבל היו דברים שהיו משדרגים את חווית הבישול. שווה לבדוק איתם מראש מה יש ומה להביא , כל זה לא פגע ולו במעט בחוויה הכללית הנהדרת.

The room needs maintenance could use some maintenance

Location was great with a stunning view of the kinneret! Owners were very nice, we booked it spontaneously for the very same day and when we arrived we were shown straight to our room which was clean. Also they let us check out late the next day at no extra cost. Apartment was spacious, pool was fabulous!

One small issue, one of the showers flooded onto the floor and there was nowhere for it to drain away.

Nur's service was amazing! He's a very, very nice guy. The location is so comfortable. Big rooms, flexibility.

Proximity to Sea off Galilee

Unsafe facilities. certainly not in code. Open wires, nails, building materials laying around. Trash and garbage. Appeared family members lived’ there. Unfriendly and scary staff. Felt unsafe. was unable to chang date on booking from 3 nights to 2, sent 4 emails to Property to acknowledge the shorter stay; not once did they respond. Now trying to erroneously charge. in a foreign country after driving for hours arrived at facility. let them kno immediately about the shorter stay for they acknowledgement, went to show us room/s. which we’re not what we booked. not like l like the pictures. went to other ruins, one they knocked on door, then opened and came out shaking their head. being a non, I became increasingly uneasy about staying there at all. this is even when we had account no other alternative for lodging. We were in a foreign country where there was a language barrier. speaking to my sister, who has her kids as well, we both felt the property was not a safe place to stay. I let them know we just didn’t feel safe and could not stay and we’d like to cancel our reservation and get credit. There were 3 of them talking in front of me in a foreign language. Very unsettling. They came back and said everything is via Booking.com and I had to cancel there. so I put through a cancellation request and told them I should not be charged. I showed them the request and asked them to please confirm there’d be no charge. They proposed 1/2 off 3 days. I again showed them it was 2 days and the emails and also stated we have no other accommodations and that’s how uncomfortable and unsafe we feel about the facility. I was treated very rudely. my family took a lot of pictures of the facility as we felt we needed to, in order to show Booking and our credit card how unsafe the facility was and why we chose to not stay- they got literally angry and said get out and they’ll call the police , making it even more scary.

Amazing location, great staff We were a big family with kids . Enjoyed the pool, 5 min from best restaurant and beaches in the sea of galil
