Spacious and clean very convenient to the town

An absolutely fabulous apartment which had been the toll house on the bridge. Everything was provided and the views were beautiful. An excellent location right in the centre of town.

Nothing; seriously!

Very central and easy to access with a beautiful view of the river from the upstairs bedroom. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and welcoming would definitely stay again!

It is a little bit of a walk from the nearest car park but that can’t be helped with the placement of the property.

Good central location with river view and within walking distance of the station and other Stamford attractions.

As an older person I would have liked some safety handrails to aid getting in and out of the bath/shower.

Excellently appointed apartment - quite spacious, very big kitchen and fully equipped in a separate room (!), sitting room, bedroom with a bed with excellent mattress, even a small study with a writing desk! Everything is clean, well thought through and convenient.

The address provided is misleading. All other Riverside Apartments have entrances from Wharf Road. It has taken us about 10 minutes of trying to get into every other Riverside Apartment and a visit to the beauty saloon to be told that our entrance was actually around the corner from the bridge/main road. Also, the bridge is the only one in the town - and the main road has the heaviest traffic. Objectively, this apartment is in the noisiest location in Stamford. If you are a light sleeper - don't even consider staying here. Also, literally no kerb space to park even for unloading your luggage - one needs to park at a private NHS parking opposite. (Though parking problems were expected, no complaints, just warning to future visitors). Excellent apartment by itself, very noisy location - and better

Pleasant well equipped apartmen; TV good, Wi-fi excellent. location good.

Apartment had no aircon and no opening windows, hence it was rather 'airless' and difficult to regulate temperature. Parking for loading and unloading difficult

Location excellent and the apartment was really well equipped and clean. Very spacious for the area and had all information we would need.

Not a problem for us, but it isn't very accessible due to the narrow pavement outside of the building so just to be aware if you are travelling with young children, for example.

the shower head is awful, and the shower screen isn’t water tight, so the floor gets really wet. But, that was the only criticism!

Very modern, all the amenities you’d need for a short break. Heating is good when you figure out how to work the thermostat! Had a lovely stay here with my family, the host was friendly, professional and very easy to get hold of if any problems. Good location right next to town.

The only 2 problems is I’d say there’s no onsite parking however there is pay and display car parks 2 minute walk away and the narrow path on the main road when initially entering property…other than that I can’t fault the property and would definitely stay again!

the occupants of the other flat did not ensure that the outside door was locked. each morning we found it not shut properly.

Beautiful old building in a fantastic location, not too noisy. Excellent clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely bed linen, soft towels and a very comfortable mattress.

The key system was really difficult to use, you had to type the code very quickly for it to read, It took 5-6 attempts each time, a push button key pad would be more user friendly. The light in the wardrobe area of the bedroom is on some sort of long sensor and took ages to turn itself off.

The location was amazing, 2 min walk from the car park and town. The apartment was modern and well equipped, the perfect space for a girly weekend but would also go again with family.
