Had a lovely stay in this modern apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything in walking distance and parking close by.

Great location, facilities in the accommodation were excellent and it was very clean and tidy. Loved the fact there was a private little outside area attached to the apartment.

Overall clean, modern and comfortable

Water pressure and flow in bathroom wash basin and bath/shower far too low - needs a plumber to diagnose and fix problem. Other guests have complained (see previous reviews) and it is not acceptable that the problem remains.

The location was excellent, very close to town You have thought about everything for a woman getting ready , plenty of mirrors, plug sockets etc and lots of hanging space .

If there was one thing I would say the shower Was not powerful and the shower head could do with descaling , I understand there isn’t anything you can do about the water pressure in the bathroom but that’s my only concern if I’m being really picky. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back . We have family in Stamford and it was perfect for us .

Shower water pressure was low .. but they were onto it and it was being fixed while we were there.

Simply stunning contemporary apartment.. Finished to a very high standard. Someone has put a lot of thought/effort into this apartment. Well done. Nice outside courtyard area dining table ideal for Summer dining. Great location close to town.

You do get a bit of early morning traffic noise.. But that has to be expected with its central location which is a bonus.

Only a few steps from town where you can find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a pedestrian high street

Being with a newborn baby, it was very difficult to carry up and down the stairs the pram as they are quite large and steep

We loved everything. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished and attired and there was even a pint of milk and tea/coffee/sugar waiting for us.

I loved everything about the property. It would be even better with parking, but there was a cheap pay and display a short walk further up the road on the left.

A very noisy road with traffic constant from extremely early in the morning. Needed earplugs when the window was open. There is nothing the owners can do about this, and it doesn't reflect on the very good service, but just be warned in summer. It may not be so bad at weekends.

Traffic noise until very late in the evening and then very early in the morning. also very little water pressure. nowhere to park at property.

I received a text before the due time telling me the Door key code, spoke to the owner, made us feel welcome, asked if we knew our way around town. Asked for us to let him know if we needed anything or anything was missing or broken. Beds were very comfortable, extra blankets if required. Nice kitchen. Very central to the town, didn’t need the car to get into town.

Water pressure in the bathroom taps. don’t suppose the owner can do anything about it. Didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Perfect location a couple of minutes walk from Stamford town centre. Spotlessly clean . Good quality furniture, appliances, bedding etc.

No problem for us but if anyone has a slight mobility problem the outside steps to apartments 2 and 3 could be problematic . Some mention of these might be helpful .

Good location and nice decor.

Central heating not working (host brought elec heaters after we rang). Door handle fallen off and broken - security risk Water pressure v low and hard to shower, kept going from hot to very cold Beds were very small esp for a couple sharing a bed, and pillows were very thick and lumpy

Lovely space and ideal location

Nothing really. Others have commented on water pressure and door handle. It didn't impact my stay at all though. Would happily stay again please.

Met with one of the co-manager/owners the next day on check out - amazing people, really lovely - accommodation couldnt be a better location - walking distance to town. really enjoyed this business stay, will be back.
