Great directions to the parking, warm greeting at reception, downstairs room as requested. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely furnished, strong wifi, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, comfy bed with crisp clean bedding and several pillows. Bathroom had adequate towels and toiletries, bath with shower over, excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very good, decent cold buffet with juice, muesli, fruit etc, hot dishes cooked to order. Chef did perfectly poached eggs, waitress gave fast and friendly service.

Really comfortable hotel. Staff are lovely. We had 8 of us for dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and extra items were available on request . The room was very clean ,and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long drive up from the south west.

Lovely room with a deep bath in the room and a separate shower with a huge rainfall shower head. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Great bar area and breakfast was very efficient.

I have visited The Wisteria many times and it is my "go to" hotel in Oakham Professional and high standard.
Just a very small detail. Had room service breakfast and only received one toast. A minimum of 2 would have been appreciated.

Excellent location, staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much bother, food in the restaurant was fantastic. Great breakfast and I had a burger one night for dinner, it was so tasty! Great value food/ wine. Beds are very comfy and very clean rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend
Nothing 😄 the only thing I found strange was that I was staying for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned but maybe that's just the hotel policy

Hotel is right in the centre of town but room (at the back) was nice and quiet.
