The villa is spacious with its own pool! The beds were comfy and Warren was a great host. He helped us find massages and provides details on Seminyak. Perfect place to stay with children. Aria (Warren’s your guide/driver) is brilliant! He can organise trips anywhere on the island. Ask Warren about him.

We liked the location and the garden and the villa was very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach and any issues were taken care of very quickly. Two nice restaurants within three minutes walking distance!

It was a little unpredictable when the cleaners would come, but it was not a big problem. A very eager rooster next door was a little annoying. A bit far from the beach.

We stayed 4 nights at the villa, the villa has two rooms with each their own toilet and shower, a great set of facilities, and the villa was clean. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. The neighborhood is quiet, and at walking distance from Sunset Road. You can also easily and very cheaply get to beaches, restaurants, clubs etc. Warren the owner and his wife are very kind people.

Officially ordering a Gojek or Grab in the neighborhood and letting you pick up by them is not allowed - though often the people turn a blind eye. Officially you have to walk a few hundred meters to get outside the complex to order a Gojek or Grab. Using them it takes a few Euro's from the complex to famous beaches such as Kuta, Seminyak and Jerman Beach. Being dropped off at the villa by a Gojek or Grab is always allowed.

Whilst not necessarily fancy, it was fantastic value. A cheap price for still a great place, it allowed us to spend our saved money on other fun things in Bali, and also enjoy a very lovely abode as a home base. The owners were also very responsive and friendly.

We didn't have a key for the duration of the stay as the lock was broken and other parts of the villa were definitely needing some work or straight-up fixing. However, we didn't pay for the Ritz, and were very happy with what was actually there.

The fridge wasn't working properly so things not cold. We did get a new one the day before we left, but owners were not aware from previous guests. Felt away from everything wasn't really close to anything Espically at night with walking although can ride everwhere

The villa and pool was absolutely beautiful and the hosts went above and beyond :)
