The staff were nice, and helped as much as they could. When we shared our concern, we shifted room, but the room we were shifted to also had mold, and a horrible smell.

We booked a stay at Buke Hotel and, upon entering our room, immediately noticed a musty smell. Upon inspecting the bathroom, we found mold on the walls, the faucet, and the shower enclosure. The room's walls also had stains. We requested a refund from the hotel, but our request was denied. The picture of the hotel must be outdated, since the stains on the walls and in the bathroom was not visible when we booked. day three, we woke up to find that the toilet was not functioning due to a lack of water supply, making it impossible to flush. We have taken photographs to document these issues and requested a refund for the remaining duration of our stay, since we had to check out earlier from the hotel since the smell was unbearable. Booking never answered us, not on email nor telephone.

Bed is comfortable and clear

The wifi is like in the stone age, very very slow. AC is very big noise, and the staff not even care for this problem. Breakfast is not good enought. Not worth the price.

Le petit-déjeuner doit être plus varié

Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Stort udvalg. Værelset var tilpas til 2 voksne. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Hotellet ligger perfekt hvis man kan lide Galataport, Dolmabahce paladset, Besiktas området og Bosporusbroen. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Der manglede lidt skabsplads til at kunne pakke ordentligt ud. Jeg er en som godt kan lide at pakke mine ting ud, så jeg ikke skal bo i min kuffert. Morgenmads personalet var lidt uhøflige overfor gæsterne. Når man kan tyrkisk så er det ikke smart at nedgøre gæsterne i restauranten foran gæsterne.

Very good location, close to shops and metro, but in a quiet backstreet. Good sound insulation (no sound from mosque)! Interconnecting family room is very good for families with sufficient space. Good airconditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Sufficient choice for breakfast. We would come back to this hotel.

The walls are thin so it is hard to sleep through the night
