Aunque mi experiencia general fue buena, debo mencionar que el único inconveniente fue el baño, que resultó un poco incómodo para ducharse.

Some smell from the bathroom, just bring some dettol to once clean and scrub the tub. If you are not particular, it is standard clean.

羽田空港から新橋まで都営地下鉄で直通約30分、新橋駅から徒歩約10分で到着できて、非常に便利でした。銀座や築地、新橋周辺を観光した後、ホテルに戻って休憩できるベストロケーションです。スタッフの方々は丁寧かつプロ対応で、とても快適な滞在でした。

小鉢が豊富な和食の朝食が売りのポイントですが、和食を朝は食べない主人(イタリア人)には、少々選択肢が少なかったような気がします。 もし欧米人のお客様をもっと取り込むなら、アメリカンブレックファーストの種類をもう少し導入しても良いのではと思いました。

トイレが個室・バスルームは自宅のような広さで足を伸ばしてゆっくり肩まで浸かる事ができ大満足

特になかったが強いて言えば廊下での人の話し声がトイレやバスルームに居ると聞こえてきた（部屋では聞こえない）

Room is reasonable size, clean and got all the facilities you need. Location of the hotel is great too where it is close to shops / main street and it wasn't too hard to find via google map.

Posizione ottima, a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione di Shimbashi. Lo staff era molto cordiale, disponibile ed accogliente, ci hanno anche tenuto le valigie grandi per una settimana durante il nostro tour in altre città. La colazione è solo in stile giapponese, è stata un'esperienza interessante.

I piatti della colazione sono uguali per tutta la settimana, quindi un pò ripetitivi. Io sono celiaca e purtroppo per me c'era veramente poco a colazione (macedonia e riso), però ogni pietanza aveva il cartellino con gli allergeni per riuscire a scegliere il cibo al meglio.

The location is excellent, just off the main street in Ginza and behind Ginza Six. The general facilities are good.

I didnt like having the basin in the bedroom, that should be in the bathroom somehow. The bed in the room was also small, good for 1 person. It would have been difficult for 2 people.

Great location, everything was extremely clean. The room was actually quite big, 7/11 in the same building with a separate entrance for the hotel guests. It was perfect!

Struttura pulita, in camera c'è TUTTO, il personale è più che cortese, se fate un viaggio a più tappe come ho fatto io si occupano di contattare anche la vostra prossima struttura per spedirgli i vostri bagagli in modo da farvi viaggiare leggeri, io ho spedito tre bagagli da circa 15 kg ognuno al costo di 4000 yen (25 euro) fino a Kyoto in 24 ore, la prossima volta in Giappone tornerò sicuramente in una delle loro strutture, al piano terra dell'albergo c'è anche un market aperto 24h con un entrata dedicata ai clienti dell'hotel dove potete comprare di tutto ed ha anche un ATM per prelevare. Durante il soggiorno stupidamente ho perso una delle due tessere che servono per entrare nella camera e non hanno neanche voluto un rimborso. Sono persone eccezionali che sanno fare questo lavoro.

La camera non aveva finestre apribili. Nonostante ci sia il ricircolo dell'aria fresca regolabile in base alle proprie esigenza per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema. Da tenere in considerazione che la mia camera era all'ottavo piano quindi è più che comprensibile, in più credo che ci sia una legge in Giappone che vieta di avere finestre apribile dopo un tot di metri di altezza, nonostante questo soggiorno eccellente. Io non ho sofferto questa cosa, lo scrivo solo perché magari qualcuno che ha qualche patologia ne potrebbe soffrire

The fresh coffee available to make in the room was good. We tried the breakfast on our first morning. This incurred an extra cost. It was a very traditional Japanese buffet, which was unfortunately not to our taste, but worth trying for the experience. The bed was very comfortable and the pyjamas provided were lovely. Very good location for public transport.

The room was dusty on top of the cupboards. Extremely small rooms and we were unable to unpack our cases. Access to the bed was from one side only. If you’ve slept in a caravan before, space wise, this was a similar experience. There was an unpleasant smell coming up from the bath waste which we reported.

Location was great. Breakfast not bad.

Bathtub water flow too slow. Check out time too early at 10am. Any late checkout is chargable at per hour rate.

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Nous n'avons pas reussi à nous faire comprendre. Petit déjeuner peu varier. Quasi que du salé

Very clean and cozy hotel. Bath room is big compared with other hotels in Tokyo, especially in the luxury area like Ginza. The bed amenity is really comfortable and surprising huge. Overall, very satisfied!

Room is big enough. 5mins walk from Don quijote.

A bit far from metro, but it’s in between of Ginza and Shimbashi station. So it’s still convenient.

Its clean and has a nice bath area, which us separate from the toilet

The shower and products were nice also the fact that there was a seveneleven in the same building. bed was comfy

The room was a bit small so for a couple that is travelling with 2 suitcases theres not much space. They did not check the room properly after the last guests which were in the room because i could find a lot of used contact lenses around the bed which was unpleasant ... we got nothing as compensation. They just removed them ( but i did touch them by mistake the day before and is really not hygienic)

Great location, two different train stations in a short walking distance. The area itself is very modern, fancy and quiet. Felt really safe all day round. Has some good choice of restaurants in the area (e.g. nice wagyu beef restaurant just a minute away, shopping centre with a nice italian restaurant if missing something western) and 7-eleven just downstairs. Rooms are small as expected but quiet and comfortable.

Make sure to book your breakfast slot at least a day in advance. Only some people at the desk speak some english. Nothing really to fault, it was a comfortable stay.
