The staff were very helpful, hospitable and kind.

- The toilet seat was broken and unusable. Had it been cleaned the cleaner would have noticed it was in pieces. They fixed it the next day. - I awoke smelling of cigarette smoke, discovered the bedding had a strong cigarette odour. I’m allergic to cigarette 🚬 smells so it was not pleasant. The bedding was also inside out and torn. - They did bring a new set of bedding but it had never been washed so I requested it to be washed and pressed before they used it, which is normal to wash bedding before first use. The housekeeper brought it later in the day but it was still damp. I asked him not to put on damp bed linen. I waited the whole day for the housekeeper to clean the room and he never came. - The window sill and surfaces were thick with dust. I’m allergic to dust. I found a sweet wrapping left on the window sill. The carpets were dirty. - The shower hadn’t been cleaned, I tried to clean it with a sponge and pulled out a clump of hair.

Secured car parking, little far from main downtown, comfortable beds, elevator, nice breakfast.

Kitchen was non existing with no utensils at all. Nothing can be used and hence if you are looking to use kitchen, this is not the property for you. Overall cleanliness especially in toilets needs improvement.

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

The cleaning staff wasn't doing a good job cleaning the room and changing the towels and bed sheets. I had to ask multiple times for that to be done.

Pool water was dirty, lifts were dirty, bed linen was dirty, carpet in the landing area is filthy, I've never seen a filthier hotel. Needs a deep clean urgently

The place was very clean and spacious. Wifi worked very well, two ACs in both living room and bedroom. Nice hot shower, basic kitchen and good balcony.

For the kitchen, dish soap & sponge would have been great. At least one set of plates or glasses would have been even better. (Our room had one plate, one coffee mug, one glass) But not too big of a problem, we managed cooking three meals.

We felt very welcome and the apartment Was very spacy.

The lobby staff did not seem properly informed and updated. We ordered an airport taxi through the hotel, but when we arrived in Jordan in the middle of the night, there was no taxi for us. When we arrived they apologized, but it was not a great situation. Also the hotel seemed dirty and not well cared for.

It's not a 4-star place; it's a scam. Don't trust the photography and I think the "fake reviews" I booked the deluxe at the Almond Hotel Apartments for 5 nights and here is what I got: ✅The room advertised as 376 ft^2, in reality it's less than 150 ft^2 😂, check the photo. ✅Sink, tap, and gas are rusty. Photos attached. Everything is old and rusty ✅View: Expected city views as described on Booking.com, but the window faces a wall. ✅The Beds: The place description on booking.com says clearly 3 beds, but there's only one. I told this to the front desk, she said, oh it's either 1 double bed or twin bed in the room, while the room description on booking.com is clear, the room should have 3 beds or big enough to fit 3 beds. I asked to change the room, but the front desk said management would call me. They never did. They didn't care. ✅ The restaurant is tiny, and the gym is small and near the kitchen 🍳, so there's smoke everywhere. ✅The swimming pool is small and in bad shape. ✅Amenities: No microwave, despite being listed. Trust me don't be book it even for half the price... The whole experience was bad, thank god I didn't have to stay in the place I was out most of the time.

Room was filthy and had not been cleaned. Hallway was dirty. Bed sheets were covered in strains and had not been changed. Reception staff were unhelpful to resolve this (we had to show photos) and were told we were unable to have new sheets as they were all dirty. Bathroom was filthy - even the complimentary toiletries were dirty.
