Lovely owner who goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome Units were spotless and comfortable Close to the beach and lots of local food options

It is only minor, but some beach towels as well as towels for the shower would be great. Golf always changed the towels as soon as we asked, but it would be nice to have an extra towel per person because the property has a pool and there is the beach, so lots of swimming and wet towels

There are no words to express how lovely Golf, the owner of Phannarai House is. She is wonderful & so very helpful. The rooms are always immaculate & you can see they have been filled with love & care. The wifi is really good. The location is optimal. Five minute walk to beach, four minute walk to health food shop & restaurant Lamphu, eight minute walk to healthy delicious Annie's restaurant or Pure Vegan Heaven & nine minute walk for amazing facials etc.. I can't wait to return

Golf was the best host ever!! She helped us a lot, especially for the small tours in Samui. Location was also great, a lot of local restaurants and so close to Lamai night market. Everything went super comfortable, we wrote on WhatsApp and if we need anything, she was there so fast!! Next time when we come to Samui, we will definitely come back to Phannarai!

Spacy double bedroom, marvelous fridge and super clean. Our host Golf was great. She arrangend everything. Promised her we will be back when we are in Lamai.

Everything was perfect. The place is super clean, well located, close to the beach and quiet. The lady is the most friendly person. She assisted us with our transport to the next island. Due to that we got it for a good price.

A small room with everything you need. Super quiet yet in the middle of everything. Even steps up to your private rooftop! The staff was great, and so reasonably priced. I would stay here again in a heartbeat1111

Golf’s property was amazing. she arranged a taxi pick up for us from the airport & communication was excellent. The room was extremely clean & the bed very comfortable. The pool area was a great place to relax. It is in the centre of lamai but very quiet at night so no noise to keep you awake. A great selection of restaurants & local food market right outside. I would highly recommend staying here.

Golf was an amazing host. She contacted us before we arrived & was always around if you needed anything. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had on our whole trip!

The host Golf was super welcoming and helpful. She organised our transfer from the airport to the hotel and helped us with arranging our transport off the island. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was very comfy. Golf also gave us complimentary coconut waters on arrival. The hotel is directly across from a lovely Thai restaurant and 5 min walk from the beach. Would highly recommend and great value!!!

The pool area is a great addition to the hotel but would be even better with a couple of cushions for the sun loungers but overall our stay was amazing!

this place is just lovely, location is perfect with lots to do around you. the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Golf- the owner- was a dream she went through everything with us on check in told us about the area and the room etc. just couldn’t of asked for more. we’re very glad we found this place!!
