The bathroom linen was very tough and threadbare.The toilet bowl was loose.

The Spa within the facility

It's Located in a safe neighborhood, even in the evenings. There's a security guard posted. Very very close to some great restaurants. It is literally meters from Florida Rd. Very accessible and very close to amenities. If booked in advance the price is reasonable. The room was "reset" every day.

The room was musty all the days we were there. A dampness that was very annoying. The sheets never saw fabric softener and the linen and towels didn't seem very very clean. It's these things travelers value the most. Also, the room nicies were never replenished. It took them two weeks to courier my cap even after I had paid the courier. It's also 16 mins from Umhlanga so you need a car to stay there unless you are not moving around much.

We were not informed that there would be loadshedding during our stay and that the accommodation does not have back-up power. We had to ask for the loadshedding schedule as they did not provide us with one. Owner was not there once during our stay. The admin lady could not answer our questions and had to phone the owner all the time. They don't have a refund policy, if you are not happy you lose 100% of your fee.

The bed was sloping on one side.
