Easy check in and check out. Staff were friendly. Lots of parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. All the essentials were there. The staff were friendly and helpful.
A minor niggle - it would have been nice to have a sofa or a couple of lounge chairs in the room to relax.

The Motel is in a good location - only a short stroll to Richmond CBD and shopping areas.
Room sizes are quite big, compared to other motels I have stayed in.
A good motel to stay in if you are ever in Richmond.

Microwave in room, good shower. Good size room.
Poor tv... chrome cast didn't work and couldn't alter volume or get subtitles. Bed too bouncy. Only one side table for queen bed. Could hear other guests leaving early in the morning. Table and chairs outside for two rooms were directly outside our window so couldn't open it in case of smoker.

Staff very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we calculated we would not arrive until 11pm.
Rooms spacious, fantastic air conditioning, amenities all worked as intended.

Would have been nice to have a chair to sit in to watch tv instead of the bed. The 2 chairs in the kitchen area are too hard to sit on for long - especially for an 88 year old.

There was no toaster, so the very nice lady from reception got us one immediately. The reason they removed them from the rooms ... people steal them ! Beds very comfy and warm .

It was all very nice. Even appreciated the cheeky guy at reception :). We only stayed one night but looking forward to staying longer at a later stage.

Hot shower, large warm room and comfortable bed were very appreciated. The location was convenient being about 10 minutes brisk walk from Richmond railway station. This is my third stay at the property and I'm glad I decided to book there again.
In room 1 bright security lights in yard shone onto bed so I put something against the curtain bottom to block the light. Corner tea making area is quite dark, suggest a plug in light in that area. Otherwise no issues.

Had requested ground floor room due to mobility issues. Had been allocated an upstairs room, but this was changed without too much fuss.
