Very Coast Villa Romántica-Private pool 4 bedrooms, BBQ, wifi, Sea & Puerto View
Villa Vista Mar Romántica es una casa totalmente restaurada en mayo de 2019: justo al comienzo del camino más espectacular cerca del mar en esta isla, llamada "Rambla de Castro", encontrará esta zona de villas privadas, entre las que destaca esta magnífica casa de 175 m2 en una parcela de 605 m2: lo que hace que esta casa sea extraordinaria es su situación, que garantiza vistas al mar y al Puerto de la Cruz. La casa tiene un gran jardín con una piscina muy privada y una cama balinesa. Al entrar en la casa, encuentran el piso principal de 106 m2 que consta de una cocina totalmente nueva (terminada en mayo de 2019), una hermosa sala de estar con un SMART TV de 42' con satélite y terraza abierta con muebles de exterior. En ese nivel también hay 2 dormitorios y 1 baño. Arriba, encontrará un espacio de 37 m2 donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal con baño privado y dos terrazas, una con vistas al Teide y otra al mar. El jardín a nivel del suelo tiene una piscina muy privada de 7. 5 m x 3. 5 m; en ese nivel hay un espacio de 32 m2 que consta de un dormitorio con baño en suite. Se recomienda disponer de un coche, aunque tiene una parada de autobús a 200 metros y un restaurante muy famoso a solo 700 metros, y la zona de El Toscal, donde puede encontrar muchos restaurantes y tiendas. A solo 6 minutos en coche se encuentra Playa del Socorro y, al otro lado, Playa Jardín y Loro Parque. Hay un estacionamiento suficiente para 2 coches
Las 3 habitaciones en la casa principal están preparadas para reservas de 4-6 personas. La habitación al lado de la piscina solo se prepara cuando tenemos reservas para 7-8 personas (si la reserva se hace para menos de 7 personas pero desean disponer de los cuatro dormitorios, se requiere un suplemento y avisar con antelación.
La parada de autobús más cercana es la número 4185 (parada La Longera) en la calle El Monturrio, 18. Los autobuses que paran en esa parada son: 353, 354 y 381 (directo al centro de Puerto) y normalmente pasa un autobus cada 20 minutos. El servicio de transporte público es económico y puntual. También podemos informarle sobre la parada de taxis más cercana, puede llamar para que le recojan en la casa.

The property was just like the listing. It is located in a very quiet area and it is close to everything you need for a great vacation. We visited the zoo and aquarium and also went to the Michelin restaurant at the Ritz Carleton and stayed there overnight. We went all over the island and enjoyed the place immensely. We went to the beaches and the scenery was amazing. The driving takes a little getting use to as well as the parking. Overall we and our family had a wonderful time.

The villa was spacious ,the kitchen had everything you need. Two downstairs bedrooms and a double bedroom upstairs with a lovely balcony. The double bedroom was not very clean. There is no air conditioning in the villa and no fans available so it gets quite warm in the evening. The garden and pool were lovely. The downstairs sitting area needs a clean and re paint. There is no information to tell you where to find things or how to use the tv etc. There are no large bins nearby to put your rubbish. If you have a car you can drive to the nearest bins ,its
a 20min walk up a steep hill if you dont have a car. So thats not very good. It was easy to order taxis into town. We all had a lovely holiday , just needed a bit more attention to make our stay more comfortable.

We have been here two years back and were happy to come back. Very friendly contact with the owner and very helpful too. The location is very nice, beautiful sea view, nice garden and also a well equipped house. Happy to recommend the house further.

The house is in great location but I would recommend having a car. Before arriving we got great info re. restaurants and things to see, as well as recommendations for New Years Eve. Few upgrades could be done especially with the extra room where there is very little airconditioning. But overall á good experience.

Great Stay!
We visited this villa as a reunion with a few friends. The rooms and facilities were exactly as described, the downstairs room even has a sauna! The only thing of note would be that the 'day bed' by the pool has seen better days (probably as there is no cover from the rain). The hosts even kitted the kitchen out with bottled water and snacks. There's everything you need e.g., oil, spices, salt etc... and plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing recommendations when asked and are very quick to respond with any issues. Wifi is good but obviously a bit slow when 7 people are all using it. But you can get a good 4G signal too. Also the neighbours are very sensitive to any noise. The villa is advertised as being in a quiet neighbourhood and we respected that but I think it shouldn't be frowned upon for just talking outside. The hosts were very understanding of this but did have to reiterate their message to keep noise down. Although this only occurred once. The nearest beach is about 35 minute walk away in either direction, both very pretty walks. There's a bus you can take into the centre of Puerto de la Cruz which only takes about 10 minutes (for 1.45 euros each way). There's a shop up the hill which is about 5 -10 minutes away otherwise there's a big Lidl about 20 minutes away. Great location if you want to be somewhere pretty and that feels quite local. If you want more of a nightlife or bigger beaches you are better staying in the South. Overall great experience.

La villa est juste parfaite, propre. À l'entrée nous avons été saisie par une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine et je peux vous dire que c'était très court.
Le gérant est disponible et joignable très facilement.
La villa est situé à proximité de tout: commerces, chemin de randonné, plage, sites touristiques... Voiture nécessaire

Nice location with some small required updates
We have very much enjoyed our vacation in this nice villa. It is a very calm sourrounding (expect from some dogs which you can find allover Spain).
The house is beautiful and as it is higher than all the houses around, you have a great view. Some small renovations would be necessary such as the tap in the kitchen or the shower in the main bedroom as the water runs into the bathroom. In the pool the coverage for the dain is broken and might be very dangerous for children who can get stocked in the hole.
Appart from that we have had a very good time and we had great communication with Mark who also helped us very quickly when we have locked us out from the house. He answered always very quickly when we needed some help. We can very much recomend this location and if we will go again to Teneriffa to the same region, we would very likely try to book this house again.

Das Haus entspricht genau dem Eindruck, den es auf den Bildern macht. Es ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lediglich eine Pool-Heizung haben wir vermisst. Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Our quarentine
So this ended up being a strange holiday, the lockdown came into effect 2 days after we arrived, so we spent pretty much the whole holiday in the villa. Luckily its a very nice villa, and the owner let us stay a few extra hours on the departure day as there was nowhere to spend time on the way to the airport.

Maison conforme aux attentes
Le propriétaire était disponible pour répondre à nos demandes (en janvier il fait un peu frais, nous lui avons demandé des chauffages électriques et il les a fournis), la maison était impeccable et décorée avec bon goût, matelas un peu durs cependant (toutes les personnes présentes étaient du même avis). Vue magnifique, environnement calme. Une suggestion: prévoir un petit dossier pour l'accueil avec le plan des alentours, l'accès aux premiers magasins, restaurants... et prévoyez un gps: les explications données pour trouver la maison ne sont pas très claires

Wir waren zu sechst mit drei Generationen über Weihnachten und Neujahr in dieser traumhaft gelegenen Villa. Die Fotos des Objektes werden der Realität mehr als gerecht. Die große Wohnküche ermöglicht ein intergratives Kochen auch in großer Gruppe. Der Garten ist extrem liebevoll gestaltet und bietet Platz und Ruhe zur Entspannung. Die Einrichtung ist absolut neuwertig und funktionstüchtig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse mit Wendemöglichkeit. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus waren immer verfügbar. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Ortszentrum. Der beeindruckende Küstertrail ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter war extrem unkompliziert und lief mehr als reibungslos. Dieses Villa hat eine 5-Sterne Bewertung mehr als verdient!

Perfect for families and two ore three couples
We booked the house for two families with 3 kids and it was perfect. Enough space, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice garden and pool, everything we needed was there. The communication with the owner Marc and the company (Ana) was perfect, no problems.
Los Realjos is a little town where you can get everything you need (supermarket, bakery etc.), short ways to Loro parque, Orotava and beach in Puerto de la Cruz.
The house was exactly like shown on the photos.

La villa est tout simplement magnifique, tout est très propre.La vue est splendide, et le jardin avec la piscine est très agréable.
C’est une situation idéale pour visiter l’île.
De plus nous avons eu de bons conseils du propriétaire.
Nous n’avions pas envie de quitter la villa !

It’s location is not for the party animal, but a great quiet location close to the necessary shops. Breakfast on the balcony with great sea views was the best start for the day.
It would have been nice to have been met at the location and shown how to use some of the items, eg the hob, which took us 30 mins to crack, but for some a minor issue.
We did contact the owner regarding a number of queries and were assisted with no hesitation, for example local taxis. The buses into Puerto De La Cruz were cheap and very timely. We also hired a car and had plenty of parking in the street.
Overall a stunning property that I definitely recommend.
