We were able to check in 30mins early. The receptionist did not seem very happy about this as they had a full house. The room was nice enough with a good double bed and quiet.

The hotel is not very communicative. Messages send through via booking.com were not read/answered. The man at the reception was not very welcoming. He seemed a bit cynical. There is parking available but the price per night is very very steep. You'd expect this to be included in the price as the room we stayed in was not the cheapest either. There was no (working) vent in the shower, so afterwards it was very damp.

Comfortable room. Convenient location across the road from Greenwood Plaza and the train station. Friendly staff.

Parking garage deep underground. Some users drove too fast for the conditions. Lifts and hotel layout confusing requiring concentration to find your room.

The room was great, the bed was super comfy, service was fantastic, location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend at Vivid close to the train station and many local cafes and restaurants.

Main things I weren't super satisfied with was the exhaust fan in the bathroom, the bathroom still steamed up super quick and of course with no ventilation it took a while for it to clear up. There were a couple of dirty spots around the room mainly being the mirrors throughout and where the phone was they've just wiped around it instead of simply lifting it up and wiping the top of the bedside table. 1 of the down lights in the main section of the room didn't work but simply because of a faulty light (not such a big deal as there was still sufficient lighting throughout the room) It was a shame the menu for room service wasn't really that great either unfortunately.

location and its a nice hotel

the room was advertised as suitable for 3 adults. the third member of our party slept on a very hard single sofa bed with no pillow provided and unsuitable spice covering!

Disappointed that there was no cafes open for breakfast on the Sunday morning.

The air conditioning did not work at all so it was unbearably hot in both rooms I booked, felt like a sauna we were dripping in sweat and I called reception multiple time trying to see if they could fix it or get us another room, only for them to say they're fully booked and that they knew the air con was faulty in those room and yet can't refund me and i complained so they recommended I find somewhere else to stay

Size of the room was excellent for 3 guests. Staff very helpful. Check in quick and easy and room ready early.

Difficult to find any eateries open in the local vicinity on Saturday and Sunday.
