The breakfast was not too bad. But it could have been better.

Pedí una cuna y al llegar el Joven que nos recibió me dice que no me sabe decir si me proporcionarán una cuna a todo esto vi una cuna en la parte de abajo de la escalera Nadie te ayuda con las maletas y esta súper descuidado

The rooms and the comfy areas were good. Also, they offer free free transportation to bavaro beach and if you pay $20 you have food and drinks included in whala bavaro that is in front of the beach

The rooms are a little old and worn out, the pillows are horrible quality and the kitchen in room has no purpose.

The room were clean and the staffs were very nice

There are no elevator and we were hyper tired and where all the way up. The room were still hot even with the AC on and the toilet didn’t flush that good.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was absolutely terrifying, our light, stove, nor toilet worked and the staff was not accommodating at all. They refused to give us another room and the maintenance man was very unprofessional and asked for me to take a walk with him. At night!!!! The food was horrible and old and when we asked for a refund we were denied. We did not stay we left the hotel after 2 hours of being there and we’re held hostage until we paid for the old food. We only wanted to stay for a night until we checked into our resort and got a terrifying horrible experience. Do not stay here.

Property inside was really nice. Pool area with snack bar was beautiful. Was able to get first floor which was excellent. Very clean. Very secure. We felt safe staying here. Huge PLUS. Security at the gate is on top of things. 1 min walk to the mini mart or the pizzeria which was great pizza. Over all REALLLY NICE PLACE. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!

The AC in the living room didn't keep cool. Was humid the whole time. The bedroom had great AC. No Elevator if you was staying on the second or third floor. Location is sketchy but near the hospital I guess is a plus. HATE that you have to leave the card key in the slot for electcity to work. If you leave your room EVERY THING turns off, including AC. HOT when you come back to the room.

Breakfast was excellent, very nice pool comfortable room and bathroom

the isolation of the room is not excellent, the noise at night from other guests was easy to hear and disturb a little our sleep

it was 9:40am, the breakfast is supposed to be until 10am and they did not refill some of variations.

The breakfast was excellent,the juice,natural, papaya, very good.

Well for me is ok but there is not lift in the hotel,maybe for old People could be problem if your room is a floor number 3...and the other thing is that you have to pay for use the pool....is not include ....

there is a free shuttle to the Bavaro beach everyday and it’s very good! you can pay 20$ and use all the facilities + food in the Baravo resort. Very helpful and friendly staff!

for the price, it was worth it. but I have a few points: There were not a lot of variety for the breakfast. most of the days were the same, and one day we were at the breakfast around 9:30 and I asked if they would bring more eggs and they said it was over but the breakfast goes until 10h

The location was perfect from the airport, it only took 20 minutes. My room was fantastic and the pool was amazing

The food wasn't that great at the snack bar.. but there are many places in walking distance to eat. Including a great little pizza place next door

Location and mostly breakfast - it is a total disaster. I dont know how a 4 star hotel can afford to serve breakfast like this? It was kind of OK (to say it "gently") the first day when more different food was displayed on the serving tables and you could take anything but every day onwards almost no food was displayed (just some fruit, poor vegetables and bread) and the last day no food at all on the serving tables. There was an option to ask something from the little menu they had available (like an omelette) but the girl working in the restaurant was not friendly at all and seemed extremely unmotivated and even angry so of course it was diffcult to ask for anything and I didnt want to bother her too much. Completely inappropriate attitude for working with guests. Completely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel and not worth the money paid. Coffee they serve was average - they should get a coffee machine so the guests can choose from different coffee drinks (they serve coffee in a thermo pot). I do not recommend at all this hotel. Too expensive and you get nothing.
