The building is good, the room is small, warm, there are heaters, good water pressure in the shower. There are enough utensils to cook food, which can be bought at the store in the next building. Instructions for access to the apartments were sent in messages on the booking account. Nearby metro station.

The apartments themselves are quite tired and need at least some cosmetic renovation. The TV did not work - the antenna was torn out and could not be fixed using improvised means. In the refrigerator some liquid was collecting on the shelves. I didn’t like the quarter itself - it’s very dirty, especially near the metro, suspicious types are trying to sell you burnt devices, there are a lot of beggars.

Das Appartement sieht nicht so gemütlich aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr einfach. Die Möbel waren sehr abgewohnt. Die Spülmaschine nicht benutzbar. Der Fernseher konnte nicht genutzt werden da u.a. keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren. Insgesamt wenn man nichts erwartet ok.

It was big and bright

The walls absolutely dirty, it did not have microwave in the kitchen, few cutlery, the TV did not work, the pillows were disgusting and dirty, the mattress really old. It did not look as in the photos, the main door at the entrance was open all the time,

Clean, close to public transport stations, close to lots of shops and restaurants.

I guess since we booked it on the same day we were to arrive to Vienna, it was not prepared well. The lights were out in the kitchen, storage room and entry way. The beds had very flat pillows. Also, around the third day, there was some foul smell coming from the bathroom even though it was clean and the trash was empty.

Tutaj nic się nie zgadza.. komfort i standard przedstawiony na zdjęciach w ogóle nie adekwatny do tego co jest w rzeczywistości. Brak mydła!

- die Lage - das Personal vor Ort (der Handlungsspielraum war aber begrenzt wegen des Feiertages und des Wochenendes)

- teilweise die schlechte Ausstattung der Küche - vor allem aber der wirklich !!!bestialische Gestank im Bad !!! ( wir mussten die ganze Zeit die Lüftung laufen lassen, damit es einigermaßen erträglich war) - die Wohnung war insgesamt auch schon etwas abgewohnt

구시가지와 그리 멀지않고 주차장도 하루 9.9유로로 이용 가능했다 크기도 넓고 대부분의 주방용품도 갖춰있다

타올을 일인당 한개만 준다 3-4일씩 숙박해도 마찬가지라 세탁해서 사용하던가 타올을 가져오던가 해야한다

Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen.

Am ersten Tag fehlte uns gänzlich das Warmwasser abends. Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen fehlte. Das Bett ist eingebrochen. Geschirr und Besteck ist sehr wenig für die Größe was an personen im Apartment sein könnten. Beim Waschbecken tritt gelegentlich Wasser aus in der Küche. Unter dem Herd fehlt die front der Schublade. Beim ersten Schlafzimmer mit den kaputten Bett ist der Schrank unbrauchbar weil keine Einlegeböden drin sind. Die Tür zum unteren Balkon hängt so schief dass sie schwer Schließt. Bettbezüge weisen flecken auf. Es war bei Check in dreckiges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler. Preis Entgegenkommen gab es auch nicht

The location is excellent. You receive a code to access to apartment. We stayed with 2 kids. The apartment overall is cozy and clean. There are some kitchen utensils if you want to cook. The host answered every question I had, thanks for that!

the apartment is well located and spacious!

the bed was not very comfortable and the wifi connection was not working properly sometimes. Also there is no sound insulation, you can easily hear people taking stairs in the building for example.

Broken cooker, but still functional anyway, so not a big deal.

Location is accessible via all transportation means and near to the airport and few stations far from the important touristic areas. Area is safe and there are small restaurants opened after midnight everyday on the main street. Wifi is good, fast and stable. Electricity sockets everywhere suitable for charging your electronic devices. Stuff is friendly and mostly responsive.

Area is very noisy even during the week days so it is impossible to sleep while the window is opened. You only option during hot nights for a better ventilation is to use a fan but there is only one fan in the appartment. Bathroom smells like sewage all the time. We reported that to the owner and he sent someone to clean it properly but it didn’t fix the bad smell at all. The smell became stronger in the hot days and we were able to smell it in the living area while watching the broken TV so we decided to eat in the balcony only and listening to cars horns instead. Service/cleaning stuff doesn’t speak English at all and apparently poor deutch so dealing with them is a struggle. Everything you may need, you have to send to the owner over booking.com chat or whatsapp then he will tell them. Poor windows black out so we couldn’t save our privacy during nights and we couldn’t sleep till afternoon time when we were tired. Missing devices however they are listed in the appartment description on Booking.com such as iron (came in our 3rd day), fan (came in our 3rd day), TV ( it didn’t work till our last day), oven hood filter (it didn’t exist at all), broken lamps (came in our 2nd day). Washing machine didn’t work till our 5th day - see pictures. Cleaning, i would rate it at 3/10 max. Walls are stained. Furniture is old. Found some insects in the living area (small spiders and other medium sizes bugs) - not bed insects hopefully - see pictures. Kitchen tools are limited. Only one small spoon provided. There is a tools list in the kitchen that stated items either not existed or less than the guests number. For example, there are 3 glasses only however we are 4 guests and there is only one small spoon.Also, there is no coffee, tea, sugar, salt or pepper in the kitchen at all since our first day and no-one provided or offered any.

Close to underground and public parking. Complex information about accommodation and interesting places on neighborhood on mail.

Quite loud neighborhood / district. On Friday it wasn't that easy to sleep.
