Very modern and well organized. The lobby was fancy. Location is perfect.

The room temperature was a bit too high for me.

The bed was super clean and comfortable. Also came with an iPod to control everything in your room. Toilets and showers were nice and clean. Location is perfect right in the center and next to a station. Also right next to the Ichiran HQ.

위치는 24시간 영업을 하는 돈키호테가 있어 새벽에 쇼핑을 할수 있어 좋았다. 아침식사는 지금까지 경험했던 어느곳보다 좋았다. 기본 샐러드 3가지중 선택후 1가지 메인메뉴를 주문할수 있었는데 맛과 분위기 훌륭햇다. 공동공간의 바와 식사공간 모든것이 세련되고 멋있었다. 가격대비 고급호텔수준이상이 였다.

짐을 보관하는 곳이 좁고 적어 좀 불편했다. 침대는 너무 높고 휴대폰이나 중요한 것들을 보관할곳이 별도로 준비 안되어 잇어 불편했다.

실내 분위기가 현대적이고 세련되어 너무나 훌륭했다.

현태적이고 세련된 분위기 맛있는 아침식사 자유롭고 편한했고 톤키호테가 가까이 있어 새벽에 쇼핑할수 있어 시간도 아끼고 편했다.

세면대 양치를 위한 컵이 필요했다.

掃除が行き届いていました。あとスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。

セキュリティがとにかく不安です。せめて、カバンだけでも入れられて鍵でロックができる棚がほしいです。頭の上にスペースがあるので、棚が設置できないでしょうか。正直、もう使うことはないです。

立地が非常に良い。繁華街のど真ん中にある。 駅から近い。安い。クーポン使って一泊4000円。

空調が一部屋で同じなので、少し暑かった。 冬だけど初日は暑くて寝れなかった。 2日目からは、慣れました　笑 北陸に住んでるので慣れるまで時間がかかった！

地鐵中洲川端站一出來就是，一蘭本店就旁邊，周遭很多東西可以逛，去哪都方便。 一樓酒吧和交誼廳非常漂亮又有氛圍。

員工訓練不足，Check in 速度很慢，抵達時有兩組客人要辦理入住，等了20分鐘才輪到我。 房間小，廁所浴缸排水很差，每次沖完澡都差不多積了半個浴缸的水，要排半小時才排光

駅から近い。近くにコンビニがある。朝食が充実。

カプセル内の温度調節が少し難しい。

外国人の方が多く、人目を気にせず休めたところ

一泊に対しての金額が高いこと。 連泊者のみに歯ブラシやパジャマなど渡しているのですか？ 私のアメニティにはタオルしか入っていませんでした。

?The visibility of sign from the street (hard to find the entrance) ?Welcoming (When a guest steps in, it’s not easy to find the reception and none of staff guided me the following process which I needed to go up and down) !Offering free pajamas for the guests could be considered same as other capsule hotels !happy hour for complimentary drinks at late noon seems not guest friendly what if offering a free coffee? (vending machine could work)

暖房の調節ができず、汗が止まらなかった。 ベッドの寝心地はあまり良くなかった。 鍵がかけられないので、貴重品の盗難のリスクがある。 ラウンジはところどころ清掃が行き届いていない。

This property did not disappoint!! Steps away from the train and Ichiran, world famous ramen! I was new to “capsule/pod” hostels and loved it! The design of the pod was great - very modern! The sofa bed, lighting and room fan were all controlled by an iPod. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Towel provided along with slippers to walk around in. My luggage could be stored under the bed and hooks on the wall to hang my jacket. Bathrooms and shower area were very clean and toothbrush, ear plugs were provided. Cool and hip vibe in the lobby. Staff was amazing!

Very comfy pods which almost felt like a private room. Very unique bed in that it could turn into a couch. Hotel looked great and was clean. Free beer happy hour was a good way to meet other guests. Staff were helpful and looked after my luggage when I arrived early.

The hotel was not flexible with check in time which is understandable but different to some other hostels. Very expensive and I only booked it due to a lack of options. The hostel was great but not particularly value for money as it was very expensive you could also go to a private room in a hotel for similar or less money if preferred.

The beds are very confortable, the place is clean and they have a good lobby area with free happy hours. The coworking space feels really good and cozy. The place is perfectly situated and the staff is very welcoming and nice.

1. The staff asking for credit card number for no reason even though I already paid on booking. I believe they're asking it in case of degradation that does not feel very welcoming. Plus they're insisting to scan residence cards even though I'm a japanese resident and gave them a japanese address. There is no legal basis for such a request and it feels very privacy intrusive. I'm not inventing it, it's literally written on the 厚生労働省 website (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare). 2. The place is great, they try hard to have this warm atmosphere with free happy hours but still lack this authenticity I can find in smaller guesthouse. I guess that's the curse of big guest house. 3. On paper smartphone-controlled bed sounds cool. In practice I just want a bed to sleep, I do not need a smartphone controller to switch the lights on and off. A wall switch is enough.

ロケーションは最高でした。近くに夜遅くまで開いている店が多いので、ありがたいです。部屋も空間的には広さを感じ、良かったです。アラームの電気が着く設定も良かったです。

洗面所がもう少し広く、洗面台ももうちょいあるといいなと思いました。朝が特に混んでいて、鏡を使いにくかったです。シャワー室に、荷物をおける場所、棚があると嬉しいです。

目覚ましでベットが起き上がった。

ベットの使い方がわからなかった。 少し説明が欲しい。

ベッドが広く、天井も高く、　カプセルホテルより断然　贅沢。　清潔

端末でリクライニングも電灯も空調もすべて操作できる点 無料ドリンクが利用できた

強いて言うなら、という程度だが、ロールカーテンの上に少しだけ埃があった

-Clean & comfortable beds and dark garage style cabins perfect for good sleep -Amazing showers & amenities -Upscale hostel -Good location, near subway No issues with hot cabins unless you fully pull down your curtain

-Once bed is flat no room to move easily -The iPads that control the bed/light didn’t dim the lights properly -difficult for foreign tourists to meet others because it’s mainly locals

The place welcomes you with lively music and a young atmosphere. There is a bar in the center of the first floor and beer is offered in the evening. The breakfast offered in the morning is great. It was worth a visit.

The space under the bed was blocked by an iron bar so I could not store my suitcase under the bed. The music was sometimes a little bit to loud so I couldn't hear the staff's guidance. The wedding held there was lovely, but personally, I felt a bit weird (personal view).

The staff (vietnamese girl) was really kind and helpful. I was travelling alone and her hospitality made me feel very comfortable during my stay there. thank you!
