The breakfast and the people at the restaurant were awesome.

On my last day at the Hotel, I had arranged for a taxi to come and pick me up to the Airport. The Taxi was there by 9:30hrs. When the driver of the taxi approached the guy at the reception, gave him my name and room number, he refused that room 211 was occupied by me. He further went on to refuse that there no such a person at that hotel or in their system bearing my name. Thirty minutes later, I walked down to the reception hoping I would find my driver. Fortunately I found him when he was just about to leave. When the guy at the reception was asked, he never even gave an apology. That was shocking! The other thing was the noise coming into my room from outside. The noise was too disturbing and unsettling especially during night when I wanted to sleep.

The staff were very caring. The hotel is quite basic but convenient and safe.

It is my second time here and , as well as last time, staff has been very welcoming and does everything to make your stay memorable... room are clean and with all you need, it is in a central position, safe to walk around and visit the city or even just get everything you need before escaping for the safari. Supermarket and local restaurants at walk distance, just in front of the city market

The room was nice, cozy and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the price for staying was great! 10/10 recommend!

+supermarket,atm are near +hot water +nice food in the restaurant + other restaurant are close +mosqito net is big and whole +all widows are facing outdoor space not a wall or kind of chimney + very helpfull staff + comfortable and long bed + comparing to other places there was place to put clothes from the luggage

-bathroom wasn't the best,for example wibbling taps or cleanliness -noise from the street in the morning - closeness of the flowers market attrack beggers - area is full of businessmens trying to sell you safari however its better then River Road

Forthcoming staff, very cheap considering CBD location
