Super genialer und perfekter Aufenthalt in Hoi An, super Lage - ca. 250 mtr zum Nachtmarkt, 400 zum Hafen und der Möglichkeit Bootstouren zu geniessen, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, mega leckeres Frühstück (jeden Tag die Möglichkeit etwas anderes zu wählen, da große Menükarte für jeden Geschmack vorhanden, zudem noch saisonales Obst dabei). Bequeme Betten und Laundry vorhanden. Es hat alles gepasst. Für Fragen und Hilfestellungen wird an der Rezeption Englisch gesprochen, es ist immer jemand der Familie anzutreffen. Hotel liegt im Zentrum, somit alles zu Fuss erreichbar, natürlich auch in dieser kleinen Stadt Grab App nutzbar. Minimarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Massagestudios, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Souvenirshops fussläufig zu erreichen. Ich komme wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland - Darinka

The homestay in the center of Hoi an was super cozy and very clean. The family was always asking if we had any problems or if we need anything and they provided us amazing breakfast every morning with really good coffee and eggs (and whatever you wish!!). so for that good price we had amazing 3 day in Hoi an with recommendations by our hosts :) we would always come back! Thanks for being to kind (another plus was free and cold water for free!!)

everything’s fit for us, we can’t think of something negative

Absolutely perfect location to access the old town/ night market whilst still being so quiet. Staff were so lovely, bringing us water and always there to help, they have been the most helpful out of our trip round Vietnam. Pool and breakfast were great too.

Nothing, was perfect for our stay

Very lovely stay. I think it was a family run business which is always so much nicer. Breakfast was super. Beds were comfortable and room was super clean. It was nice to have a swimming pool too!

The staff are very attentive and rush to bring you water every time you return to the villa. Breakfast is great, options such as banh mi, all different kinds of eggs cooked fresh, pho or yoghurt and fruit. Great view from the pool area and the hotel itself is in a great area, very close to the night market and 2 mins from the old town

The only thing that would improve the stay would be if the pool was cleaned around the tiles, they were a bit scummy and offputting but other than this a wonderful stay

Where to start - we could not have been more happy that we booked in here. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and care that I have seen nowhere else. Our hosts were so attentive and so kind - they literally could not do enough for us. We were travelling with a baby - they made sure he had things to play with, were happy to set up a cot for us, ensured he had all his favourite things to eat etc. For the adults, we had brilliant breakfasts (the food and drinks just kept coming) and great advice on where to go, what to pay for goods and how to stay safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, a couple didn't have proper windows but it didn't actually matter for the amount of time we were there. The location was sensational- right near the night market but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We used the pool a couple of times and it was great to sit there watching the boats go by. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough to anyone wanting a Hoi An stay.

Very centrally located, easy walking distance to old town. Nice quiet street away from the crowds. Nice view over the river from the pool. Great value for money & most importantly, Lien, the proprietor is super helpful in all respects.

The family who ran the place were so nice and the breakfast was phenomenal! So while I do think the prices are over inflated for the condition of accommodation itself, the staff and breakfast really made up for it. Location is ideal as well. While only two blocks off from the night market I expected a lot more noise. Stayed three nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday and only Friday night was loud with karaoke a couple streets away.

The breakfast was excellent and everybody was super friendly. Each time we arrived back to the hotel we got a bottle of water foc. We had a nice room with balcony. The owners gave us good advices and took care a lot.

Perfekte Gastgeber, die jederzeit behilflich waren. Einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Lage war ebenfalls perfekt. Das Frühstück war mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet und mit leckerem Obst bestückt. Wasser gab es kostenlos so viel man brauchte. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Owner Lien is very friendly, obliging & willing to go the extra mile to help and meet our needs. Breakfast was plentiful with big servings. Love the fruits served. Bottled water is served everytime we return to the property & when we leave. We can always help ourselves to bottle water anytime from the fridge.

Suggestions that breakfast be varied with a different menu especially for people on a longer stay like us.

There really isn't anything negative to say about the hotel. Maybe a little more expensive than the others but still convenient.

아침 조식으로 망고, 패션프루츠, 수박을 정말 산더미(?)처럼 주셔서 망고는 따로 사먹을 생각도 안했음. 냉장고에 넣어둔 생수를 지나갈때마다 챙겨주셔서 물도 사먹어본 적이 없음. (체크아웃할때도 더 챙겨주심) 여사장님이 일정 물어보고 저렴한 비용으로 투어나 차량을 소개해주셔서 잘 이용했음. (그랩보다 저렴) 올드타운에서 가까워서 웬만한 곳은 걸어다닐 수 있어서 택시 이용도 별로 안함.

방음이 잘 되지 않아서 밖에서 나는 소리(차소리, 오토바이소리, 닭우는소리 등) 때문에 예민한 사람들은 숙면 취하기 어려울 수도 있음. 비 때문에 3층 수영장 옆 테이블을 치운 상태라 1층에서 조식을 먹어서 리버뷰를 즐기며 조식을 먹지는 못했고, 1층에 문을 활짝 열어두기 때문에 살짝 더웠음. 직원이 여럿 있지만 영어는 여사장님만 가능함.

Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberfamilie wodurch man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Ruhige Lage aber in wenigen Minuten am Wasser/Night Market. Großzügiges Frühstück nach Karte. Täglich kostenloses Wasser. Transfer wurde perfekt organisiert.

Excelente desayuno. Agua gratis todo el día y fresca. El personal muy amable y atento. Grandes indicaciones y nos ayudaron con la contratación de los traslados.

Durante nuestra estancia, al hacer el cuarto ordenaban las camas y cambiaban las toallas. La limpieza implica solo esos dos puntos. Sin embargo, volveríamos. Son detalles.

Excellent accueil .Ambiance familiale .Établissement très convenable à l’abri du bruit des rues voisines.L’hôtel situé dans la vieille ville est tout proche des centres d’intérêts et permet donc les visites à pied.

The people who run the hotel are really lovely and so friendly and helpful the hotel itself although set back is minutes from the river restaurants and bars it is not luxurious but For the prices they charge it is fantastic and we were treated brilliantly
