great comfortable room with view on the Rhône river the restaurant for dinner was very good

we came a bit outside of restaurant and hotel hours which are not connected. hence we got a bit of complaints by the owner but at the end she made an exception

Excellent hotel, in a great location right on the river, and close to restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked really well, the bathroom was big, clean and it had an excellent shower. Parking was available right outside and the receptionist was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it had everything we needed.

Right by the river so a truly lovely view. The room was modern with a good quality bathroom so a comfortable night.

We arrived on bicycles as we were cycling the Rhone. Although the hotel had a restaurant they were not able to accomodate us for a meal and didn't really seem to care that although we were hotel guests we couldn't eat there. Luckily we walked across the river and found a welcoming restaurant.

Really good night’s sleep. Staff were fabulous. We arrived very late- too late to get a table at the only restaurant still open but the receptionist rang the restaurant and persuaded them to stay open just for us. That’s service!!

Lovely town / village . Comfortable room with all facilities. Staff were very pleasant.

Felt as though it was shutting for the season. The restaurant was closed and breakfast was later than we were told when we arrived which was important as we had a long cycle ahead of us

there was nobody there for checkin us in. theindicated number to call at the door was void. the number in the booking.com confirmation mail did work r though, they organised someone to check us in after 40 minutes of waiting.

The view was good.

We were very disappointed on arrival to discover that the bar and restaurant were closed despite ordering and confirming dinner for 4 people. No communication was received that this was the case and many local restaurants were full. This meant spending over an hour finding one and the proprietor did not offer to assist.
