Definitely not a family room

Easy check in, and great spacious enclosed garden for the puppies. Very clean and other guest were very friendly. The free parking made things a lot easier!

TV remote did not work for either tele, and could not get the tele on in the bedroom at all. No tin opener, mattresses were lumpy. No instructions for the central heating unit or the oven hobs. Shower screen not big enough.

Clean apartment.

Check-in experience is terrible. It’s an automated process via responding to messages but takes time to get required information to get into apartment. You try and ring it takes 15 min to get someone to pick up on other side as you’re on hold. if calling with international number it can be costly. Also £200 deposit required through credit card. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere during booking.

The location was perfect as it was just behind Heathrow and we had a flight to India the next day

The property was extremely unhygienic, filthy and not fit for families. The walls had dead insects on them, the utensils were corroded, the tea kettle was full of limestone, the bathroom had no vents, the sinks had really bad smelling chemicals, the place had no sound proofing as we could hear the planes take off and land every 5 minutes. The floors were not even swept and it was so dirty and mucky we could barely even walk the dirt time we stepped in. The property said it had garden access but there was no garden access. There were no handles on the wardrobe which made it so difficult to use it each time.

The apartment was clean and spacious. For some the location might not be so good but for us it was perfect. We used to live in the area and were attending a function across the road so free parking and no taxis this was perfect

For me the bed was a bit hard but that’s just me. I also forgot about the runway behind the building but with the windows closed we hardly heard any noise

Avoid avoid !!!! The worst filthy and dirty property ever i have seen They dont deserve even 1 star but j have no choice to give 1 i wish there was option of -5 star review ,,, First they will charge your card for £1 and then £200 but it wont be back to your account even after you leave the property because taking the money is in their control and when asked , you will simply get the reply that refunding money is beyond our control Secondly we checked in late around 10 pm , and their remote for tv was no where to be found upon asking they said search the table finally we found it under the sofa and that too without batteries in it When asked for the batteries they said we are sorry just use the tv manually , No tea bag were present at the property we came so tired we coukd not even had a simple tea Untill now my money has not been returned to me

Only the location was good

There is a lot of wear and tear handle of the main door was falling off, flooring strips were coming off, floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, behind the bed and sofa was very dirty, not my kind of value for the money I paid
