The location is close to High Street and we could walk to everything we needed. Aldi was a short 7-10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. It was nice checking in and out with the lockbox. The shower upstairs was good -- we only ran out of hot water once during our month stay. The couches in the front room provided a comfortable place to sit and visit and it looked like the place had been painted recently, so that was appreciated.

We had a really hard time with our allergies while we were there. The place is old and there have been pets there, so we had a hard time with the smells / heavy air and were doubling up on allergy medication. The curtains / drapes could really use a wash. The floors are not very sturdy in some spots and the stairs are steep, so they are not ideal for people with mobility concerns. There is noise from the neighbors and people walking outside, but we realize there is not much that can be done for that. Also, some of the interior doors do not shut all the way, so they mostly stayed open while we were there and I don't know if it was just the time of year, but there were a lot of spiders in the house.

The property was in an excellent position and all of the attractions and amenities were within easy walking distance.

The general condition was very poor, dirty, and lacking in basic equipment to make it a comfortable stay. Not even a teapot!!!

The location was good and the house has potential as it has a good layout.

The upstairs shower didn't work. There was no hot water. The beds are a disgrace. They squeak loudly on every tiny movement. Furthermore there are no mattress protectors or pillow protectors. The bed was extremely itchy. We got hardly any sleep in our entire stay.

Very nice house, top rate location, very well furnished and comfortable.

The doors were very stiff - I found it hard to lock/unlock the front/back doors. The upstairs hallway light bulb was loose and flickered on and off - just needs tightening but I could not reach.

I didn’t like the flat is has a strong old feel and the mattresses are horrible . Sorry

The house wasn't as clean as it should be. The stairs for example were not clean on the side of the carpet. Some little details are not there.. There is no place to hang hand towels in the bathroom. The fact that the place doesn't have a parking spot was a nightmare
