Everything you could want specially for a family with young kids. Apart from a glass of wine to have with a meal. Funny really they serve beer but wine is banned!

To spread out for me the pool was a 10 minute walk.

Amazing in all in aspects

Price was little bit too high

Pullman Hotel does a commendable job of catering to families with young children. There is a dedicated play area equipped with age-appropriate toys and games, our kids were entertained and happy. The staff also organized kid-friendly activities during the day, adding an extra layer of fun for the little ones. The pool area had a separate shallow section, perfect for children to splash around safely. However, it would be great if the hotel expanded their children's menu to include more diverse meal options.

Too many building, and the suite far away from car stop area

The breakfast - many choices.From western bfast till Indonesian food. The facilities - excellent, specialy if u travel with kids, the hotel caters kids with special programs and activities The pool- they have 2 area for swimming pool, the kids pool area is awesome - the water is warm, the property provide floaties. The Staff - Mba Putri from Butler SPV - Help us a lot with room arrangement, she is really helpful and surprised the kids with welcome message and cookies.

no nice views /complicated to circulate / busy and noisy / not neat (service doors opened, not perfectly clean but maybe too many guests at the same time / feeling locked up (2 examples : swimming pools completely surrounded by buildings and vegetation with little space around / restaurant for breakfast at Mad Cow : all the food stalls are against the glasses and the tables in the middle of the room, I would prefer the contrary to allow guest to be in contact with the nature around). Etc etc.

good value for money, very friendly staff

We stayed at the Executive Suite and the room was spacious. We love the huge balcony. The daily activities provided for adults and kids were also very enjoyable. My 10 y.o daughter took parts in most of the kids activities during our stay. She particularly loved the mini farmer and the arts&crafts. We tried the go-carts, ATV and electric bikes as well; all we enjoyed greatly. The tram ride to the deer park and duck pond was also a nice activity to do in the afternoon. Overall, we throughly enjoyed the activities and also the arcade area.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved; I found step marks on the toilet bowl and food remnants on the sink. We also was not impressed by the service and the food quality of Damar restaurant. We came in during lunch time on our first day and it took nearly an hour for them to serve club sandwich; and when it finally arrived, it was missing the french fries due to some problem with the fryer/oil. At least, there were 7 waitresses working that day; tending to 4 tables max. However, they seemed to be running around with no clear task divisions. We asked for tomato ketchup and it took them 15 mins to serve. Horrible service and the food quality was just so-so.

Food variety

The room (even the balcony) was clean, no dust was spotted. The pillows could've been plusher. Hotel facilities were great and were family oriented. The Padi and Infinity Pools were absolutely divine, well-maintained and has a Ubud feel to them.

The hotel should add more gym equipment and expand the facility, as the current one is moderately sized. Parking area should be more accessible, as the buggy service from the parking area to the lobby cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.

I really appreciate the fusion between modern design and natural landscape in the hotel. Their pillows are super comfortable. Their breakfast selection is varying. Their spa service is excellent. I really appreciate their jacuzzi and steam facility.
