Bedden liggen goed.

Te veel lawaai van buiten maakt slapen lastig. Kamers zijn gehorig en sommige gasten mogen veel lawaai maken. Bellen op de gangen en slaan met deuren. Ontbijtbuffet had weinig keus in brood.

The food was not good at all As it is 4 stars so they should serve international food but unfortunately nothing Even lots of facilities still missing And no mining bar at the room Safty box not working Ac also the same Also no one even asked us how is it the stay So we were very disappointed for the stay

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Nos bagages ont été perdu à l'aéroport, l'hôtel s'est occupé de contacter l'aéroport pour les retrouver et nous a tenu informé. Ils nous ont aussi laissé un peu plus de temps pour rendre la chambre. L'hôtel est très beau et confortable. Le déjeuner est très bien. La piscine et la spa sont très agréables. L'emplacement est plutôt pas mal également, nous avions pris cet hôtel pour être proche de la gare.

Tout était parfait pour un début de séjour un peu chaotique ! Merci à la personne de l'accueil pour nous avoir grandement aidé à retrouver nos valises.

sehr zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit tollem Blick über die Stadt, ruhig, Frühstücksbuffet war eher ein Mittagsbuffet, mit vielen warmen Speisen. Sehr gute preisgünstige Massagegelegenheit, Schwimmbad mit Gartenbereich. Sehr nettes hilfsbereitetes Personal. Taxe wurde zu einem günstigen Preis zum Flughafen hin und zurück organisiert.

For the price, it was pretty good. I’ve been staying in 5 star hotels on this trip so it’s hard to compare like for like. Overall it was a good experience.

The beds are really comfortable and the staff is great.

Some rooms have a cigarette smell because some costumers smoke inside. But I asked to change the room when that happen and the staff did it gladly and fast.

Definitely value for money. It’s cheaper than most of the 4-star hotels in the area, but it offers so much for the price you pay. The room is very clean, spacious, comfy, and there’s a huge selection of breakfast items. The location is very convenient—essentially at the heart of Jakarta. And great staff too!

We came over from Western Europe , arrived around 21:00 pm, my bank card didn't work, I offered to leave a deposit for one night in in USD and AED ,but the staff refused to help. Luckily I have a family in Jakarta , they called in and negotiated for online payment late in the night. Imagine if someone doesn't have such a back up locally? The reception lady didn't even attempt to suggest the way of assisting us, although we explained that we are here for the funeral (( Overal , it was a good hotel, but now looks ran down, rooms and bathrooms are long due for reparations. No value for 5* and money
