We weren’t able to make our vacation due to JetBlue canceling our flights at last minute. This would have been our second stay here. I can’t say enough about the excellent communication and assistance that owner provided to us. They went above and beyond which is one reason why we are looking at this area to relocate to.
The condo is in a perfect location to everything. The condo is spotless and is equipped with everything you need. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this is one of our favorites. We can’t wait to return in April! Restaurants are close to condo, Publix is 5 minutes away. Check in is very easy.

This was the perfect place for a few days away on spring break. Location was superb - walk to beach, few minute drive to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream. Not far from downtown, alligator farm, lighthouse. We loved that we could walk to the beach, heated pool, and hot tub! The kids thought it was cool that you could drive on the beach and that they had a tv in their room. The place
was just the right size for the 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch!

If I could give this property a 10, I would. The location is perfect and the hosts Len and Diane have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and at home. You are right across from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs that are in great condition as well as small cooler to bring to beach so you don’t have to worry about renting or buying chairs. They also have beach toys if you have young children.
The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with everything you would need and then some. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would want or need and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We usually have issues with the beds when renting but this was perfect!!!
The communication with Len was top notch. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and always very helpful. His suggestions for restaurants were perfect and the food was amazing. The location of this condo was perfect to go downtown to St. Augustine as well.
This is probably one of our favorite VRBO as you really felt at home. The washer and dryer was perfect as well.

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful and clean condo. The decorations were beautiful. The owners went above and beyond in providing everything a family would need for a vacation. It was nice having beach supplies which allowed us to have more room in our car. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking. This condo is very close to the pools. It was nice having a hot tub so close to our room. The beach was beautiful and private. The owner Len was excellent in providing the details and information we needed to know before we arrived. He is excellent with communication. The beds were so comfortable and made it easy to fall asleep after our busy days. The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived. Easy check in with electronic code. It was quiet and peaceful which is what we needed before returning back to our jobs.

We love a break from our Minnesota winter and this fit the bill! The condo was a block from a lovely beach, the unit was great for cooking in a healthy way, beds were comfortable, and St. Augustine was icing on the cake. We would love to come back again.

Very clean, and centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. The beach was great for walking. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the pools looked great. The condo was very quiet. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

We have stayed in this condo area before but the first in this building. We choose this property because of location to the beach. It was well appointed, very comfortable for two people.
This has nothing to do with this owner but note this building does not have an elevator like the other building we have stayed at in the past.
I would recommend staying here!

We checked into the property on December 23 and stayed thru January 14 and it was exactly as it was presented online. We loved the layout and the wood floors and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had and that was appreciated. We enjoyed having the games they provided in the game cupboard too❤️Loved that it’s close to all the shops and restaurants and my youngest son loved the hot tub every day in the complex. Having a nice size washer/dryer with a family of 5 for 3 weeks was great. I liked having the security guard station especially when one of ours landed in the hospital the first 3 days and we were coming and going with our two other older kids. Nice to know the property is safe. It was a great place for us to spend time with our family and extended family who live in St Augustine and I would stay there again if we went back ❤️❤️

Any place I don’t see critters inside is considered clean for me. Loved that it was close to the beach and quiet. King size bed was comfy. The condo was equipped with everything you needed for kitchen which is nice. One thing I noticed is no grill. I love to grill food in the summer and you can’t here. Overall nice comfy condo

Love at first site. Beautiful property, great location and great amenities. We absolutely love this place. It was stocked with everything you needed. Just bring your clothes and food so you can enjoy your stay. 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay there again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very easy access to the beach and pools. (Might suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping since the bedroom shades do not blackout.) owner was easy to reach and replied quickly. We had a beautiful week exploring St Augustine and the area.

The condo was clean, light, bright, airy and conveniently located to the pool and beach. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked! Having laundry detergent available was very nice! We cooked dinner at the condo a couple of nights, ordered take out pizza, and honestly loved staying along A1A more than our time waking around the historic district. We were grateful it was close though and toured the fort, the fountain of youth, and took the trolley listening to the narrator but loved coming back to the condo and "chillin".

The condo was clean. Beds are super comfortable. Heated pool is a plus. Beach is close by... short walk. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach umbrella. Location is perfect and a short drive To St. Augustine Old Town. Len was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. The community has activities of you wish to join in. Very nice people. Quiet community. Loved it and really hope we can come back next year. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation 😀

Accuratlely described property! Owner communicated perfectly. 100 yd walk to private entrance beach. Rental has everything you could possibly want/need. Will definately be returning next summer.

Great location. Unit is on the second floor. It’s in the closest building to the pools and you’re able to park directly in front of the entrance. They thought of everything you may need for your stay.

Perfect Location with everything you need!
This may have been the best VRBO my family has ever rented! It was an ideal location, just steps to the beach and several pools, and a short drive to all of the St. Augustine experiences! It was stocked with everything we needed for a beach trip—towels, chairs, boogie boards, and I even found swimmies when I realized we needed some for my youngest son and didn’t bring any! Thank you for a wonderful Spring vacation!

Overall was very good and exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was included in our stay. Showers could use a good scrubbing, but that is it. Loved the close proximity to the beach and pools. Owner was very proactive with communication. We enjoyed our stay.
