The location was only a 5min Uber Drive to the Phoenix Convention Center.

There was an issue with the app, so I never received instructions to access the property. However, a neighbor told me where to fine the lockbox . Once I got the code (key-fob) and the 4 digit keyless entry, everything was fine (called the help number at the lockbox and an Agent was able to assist me right away).

No parking anywhere near and no refunds. Needed to park near the room because of my suitcases but was nothing for blocks. I lost my money even though I never enter the building, and had to find another place at the last minute.

Everything you need in one place! Very clean, quiet, & comfortable. It's very well kept. "Exceeded our expectations" is an understatement. The pool, washer & dryer were the cherry on top :)

There's nothing to not like.

Das Bett war sehr hart. Wir haben für einen Parkplatz bezahlt, es war und aber nicht bewusst, dass ein Parkplatz dadurch nicht gesichert ist.

Bed bugs infiltration in the walls, desk, top of beds, still crawling...so gross. Had to book another airbnb somewhere else on our first night.

The apartment was like a home away from home. It made me start shopping for apartments in the same building! Cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. Super convenient and comfortable location in a really nice, new part of the city.

The check-in process is a bit confusing but you should be fine as long as you read the directions well before you enter the parking garage to get your key. Take screenshots so you can view it before you lose service.
