Excellent location for the property. We enjoyed the hot tub! Very nice place for a family reunion. We were here for a wedding and knew nothing about the city. Location was excellent!!!

Pretty house but somewhat inconvenient layout with all of the bedrooms upstairs. The living room furniture is not terribly comfortable. There aren’t 2 King beds as the listing states. There is 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 sofa sleeper. There are also 2 twins in the attic, which the kids loved but aren’t listed probably because there is no fire egress in the attic. There are many tripping hazards so I don’t recommend for elderly or toddlers. The river is close but you can’t see or hear it and the access road below is very dusty. I had to clean all of the porch and yard furniture from a layer of dust. Hot tub and yard are nice. Looks like there were some bikes in the garage you could use. The fridge didn’t appear to make ice and the dishwasher was not functioning properly. We had to re-wash the dishes. Wish there were more spoons! Overall if you like old houses then you will enjoy it!

Great home, multiple common spaces inc screen porch, patio, hot tub. Perfect walking location to all town services inc restaurants, coffee shops, town square, river park, tubing. Incredibly responsive and flexible host. Don’t pass up this vrbo.

Our girl group of 7 LOVED this house. We were celebrating 4 birthdays and everything about our stay was perfect. There was plenty of room (3 bedrooms AND an attic bonus room). Having 3.5 bathrooms was awesome as well. The location could not be more perfect - just steps away from downtown! Hot tub by the river in the evening was the cherry on top! Bring your own spices/oil if cooking :)

We call this home, “the Christmas House”. When we stayed, the home was decorated for Christmas, and was warm and welcoming to our family. Plenty of room for our group. Home was well equipped, very clean, and very comfortable. We love the location to downtown. We will stay there again.

wonderful location just blocks from diwntown, where all the Christmas action is. also close to several nature trails where us birders saw several bald eagles and other birds. as crowded as Leavenworth can be at Christmas, no sounds of said crowds were heard once we closed the door and were cozily inside.

This old house is on a ridge overlooking the park right at the edge of the Middle of town. The home is 1901 and furnished very well. Coffee was provided which was a plus
and the mud room gave room to park strollers and extra things

you walk out 1 block and you are in the middle of town which is 3 blocks wid
you dont need a car.

The house was charming and decorated for Christmas. The weather was colder than we expected so we spent many hours in a warm hot tub enjoying the view. There was a family of 4 deer that must call the backyard home:) Leavenworth recommendation - make dinner reservations well in advance. There were lines 75 people deep for restaurants. One place told us a 6-7 hour wait for dinner and it was 4pm. It was also Thanksgiving weekend.

We started staying here each winter back in 2013 and will keep coming back. The house is perfectly located, spacious for a large group, and well stocked. We typically come with two other couples, but have also visited with family groups, and it's great for everyone!

We loved River’s Echo. We are a group of sisters, 55 and above. We also had a niece with a 4 month old. The dining room was great for our group meals. The appliances are fabulous. One aside is that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, just in case there are mobility issues. And the location, between town and river, is amazing. Quiet and easy walk to town. We loved the screened porch. Thank you!

Our group has stayed at this home 4 or 5 times over the past several years and usually plan our trip dates around when it is available.
Perfect location downtown, spacious living areas, lots of bathrooms to make getting ready in the morning a breeze even with a large group, and ample parking which is usually in short supply throughout the downtown area.
Instructions were clear, including easy check-out process. Camie was very helpful and responsive to a late change we had to make.

Another wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Always appreciate how spotless the home is and how it easily accommodated our annual girls trip to Leavenworth. The location of this home allows us to easily walk anywhere in town and always enjoy the quiet of your screened porch for visiting and a soak in the hot tub.

This house was absolutely wonderful! It is walking distance to town and is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is also very quiet, despite being so close to town. It has a great hot tub and screened-in porch--a truly excellent VRBO!

A great property. Lots of space, plenty of room for a good sized group. Spent days snowshoeing and skiing, evenings playing games at the big dining room table and watching movies by the fire. Will be our first-choice spot for our winter visit next year.

We had a nice stay at River's Echo! The furnishings were really comfy, and kitchen was good sized, and had everything we needed. Perfect little walk to shops and restaurants. My favorite place was the sunroom! Just one issue that came up, there was a dead mouse in the master suite tub. It was quite a find Saturday morning!

River's Echo is a wonderful house for exploring Leavenworth. Located right in the middle of town, but still quiet, it is perfectly situated for exploring Leavenworth's shops, restaurants, and bars. The view of the mountains from the hot tub is incredible. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable, overall. Thank you!
