Now our favorite place to find happiness and it’s soo peaceful. Don’t need more, you have all : beach, sunshine, sand, pool, jacuzzi , spacious and beautiful house. As previous guests we pack light because it’s true they pack heavy!

Our group of three families had a wonderful time. The house was equipped with everything. We could advantageously avoid packing coolers, beach towels, shade tents, etc. The pool was a perfect temperature and acted as a shaded reprieve for the little kids. And the morning view from the property was stunning.

We had a large family vacation for a week at Chateau de la Mer. It is a beautiful house and we had a wonderful week. The entire house is very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and frequently had two! The spices in the kitchen are plentiful; that was a great surprise. They had many different teas, coffees, and espresso choices. They had plenty of plates, silverware and everything else we needed. The dinner table was big enough to seat all 14 of us! There were plenty of towels, shampoos, toilet paper, etc. The slippers and robes were a nice touch. We enjoyed the games and the free Netflix. Any time we looked for something, they had it, with everything in really great shape and at your fingertips. There were plenty of beach supplies and toys, including kayaks and paddleboards. This is the first house we’ve rented in 11 years where we didn’t need to buy any supplies. The support, when we needed it, was exceptional.
We really enjoyed our vacation and appreciate Al’s responsiveness, communication, and recommendations.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The home had plenty of supplies to make our stay fun and carefree. Great location near restaurants and I’m not sure you could get any closer to the beach!! Rainy days didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay with the multiple options the house had to offer for indoor fun. The property manager was readily available for any questions and quick to respond!

We do a lot of rentals around the country and No house comes close to all the amenities that are at the house come with your clothes and nothing else is needed. Pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, bikes and everything in the kitchen. Private beach made a great vacation!

As Locals on The Treasure Coast, this was the second year we stayed at The Chateau Beach House! It is a fabulous property and we love staying at our beach. Al the property manager was so helpful last year and again this year. We loved this house very well stocked inside and out and love the updates to boardwalk and lights. The owners should transition to paper plates instead of styrofoam. I would add some pavers from driveway to boardwalk. Every detail from the house keepers to treats noticed and appreciated. Sand table perfect addition too! We had our oldest sone daughter in law and 4 oldest grandchildren unable to attend last minute so did not use lower level this year. Our daughter son In Law two youngest grandsons son and his fiancé join my husband and I and the 8 of us had a blast! A very special Family time. I think water filter in fridge needs to be replaced and freeze was tricky not keeping things frozen all the way and barely had anything in there. Only side note we left a zip travel bag in top floor master closet filled with m husbands compression socks. Tried to get message to folks to look for them we would love to retrieve them at over $20 a pair. Other than that 10 gold stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is exactly as described and pictured in photos and the video tour. The beds were extremely comfortable! The pool is medium-sized (not small as one review stated) and was fine for our group, and the hot tub is large and functioned well. The furnishings are a bit dated but comfortable. There is lots of table space for group meals. Access to the beach is easy and private and the supplied chairs and bikes worked well. We would rent this house again.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Beach Houses in Paradise is. The house was so well stocked that it continued to amaze us throughout the stay. The listing was 100% correct. Just bring your swim suit. Everything else you need is already there. The house is wonderful! So large and open. Plenty of beautiful suites and bedrooms! The pool was well heated. 14 of us highly recommend this house for groups and families!!!

We had the most wonderful family time together in this well appointed home! This house was more thoroughly stocked with pots and pans, kitchen appliances, (although serving bowls and platters were lacking), dishwasher and laundry soap, toiletries, boogie boards, beach towels, bathrobes and slippers than ANY other house we’ve rented. When we asked Al for additional glassware it was delivered within hours!
New renters might see that the pool and pool area photos were quite deceiving…..very tiny pool and surrounding seating area off the driveway were disappointing in person.
But sun, beach and house amenities were quite wonderful

Every second of our stay at Chateau de la Mer was absolutely amazing. This is by far the best stocked and cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed at. We had a few hick ups with a TV that wouldn’t turn on and the heater went out on the pool…. The response time in fixing and replacement was beyond impressive with someone there within 30 min, they had the pool heater back on in under an hour from the time I called. These are wear and tear items that sometimes fail but how quickly and professionally they fixed our problems speaks volumes to the rental company and their commitment to make your stay amazing. I can’t recommend this property enough!!

We had a couples trip with 10 people and had the most wonderful time. The attention to detail by the BHIP staff to have so many amenities at the property completely blew everyone away. Any thing you could possibly need inside the house, for the pool or beach was there for us. We will be talking about this trip for a long time and look forward to coming down again.

As a former beach house owner, who sold our property in the Outer Banks of NC many years ago, we have rented beach houses for over 20 years now! This property was an absolutely wonderful and refreshing house! The owners have tended to every detail and ample supplied of anything you could possibly need or want while on Vacation! We are locals and have live here on The Treasure Coast 15 minutes away since 2014! This is our beach and was pretty special to find and secure such a wonderful property for our kids and grandkids to join us for a week! We are already looking forward to securing this beautiful property once again next year! 10 Gold stars to The Owners, The Property Manager Al and the Team that works obviously so hard preparing it for each new group each week! We were so relaxed and when we opened the door and walked in and began meandering around it was fantastic!

This is our third stay with Beach Houses in Paradise. It's hard to travel anywhere else after experiencing one of their gorgeous homes! I am (admittedly) choosy about lodging when we travel and BHIP continues to surpass all expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and customer care. We'll certainly be back again!

1st what an amazing property and home. Once again we had everything we needed onsite and if not then we did not need it. All appliances worked the out door BBQ was great. This was our second stay first with a pool. We had people in from MA and ME and all were overwhelmed with this beautiful home. A great Vacation thank you.

Let me tell you what! We absolutely love this house. This is the 3rd year we've stayed here and it has never disappointed. In fact, this year we noticed that alot of nice upgrades have been made. New bikes, new fishing gear, new swimming and beach gear. I tell you, Al does an amazing job keeping this place clean and fresh and worry free. We love how secluded the house is. We love the beach in the back yard. The kids love the pool. We have several people in our group that never leave the property all week as it has everything a person could ever need. This vacation is truly the highlight of everyone's year. And it a mainly due to the house we stay in. We're actually kinda sad that we have to move to a bigger house next year as our family keeps growing. The good thing is, though, it's another house managed and taken care of by the always amazing Al Roberts! So we're excited about next year as well!
So as always, a big thank you to Al Richards and the Beach Houses in Paradise for an amazing vacation. Here's to many more years.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The beach setting was perfect, The house had so many adult and children's outdoor and indoor toys. Everything was in pristine condition. The kitchen was a perfect size and the was another one on the bottom floor for overage. The pool was the perfect temperature but also allowed you to change the temp to your liking. We will definitely be back and probably try another one of the sister properties as well.

Our group ranged from 20 months to 90 y.o. We vacationed with 4 generations and made memories that will last us forever. The house had everything we could want and didn't know we needed. Beautiful property, great communication with the property manager, great location...just an A+ property.

The house worked out great for three generations celebrating our Moms 90th birthday. When they say well stocked they aren’t kidding! This house has everything you need and more!!

We spent 5 days at this house with a total of 8 adults and 6 children (four families all with young kids who escaped to FL in January for a bit!) All of the children were under 6 years old, and being right on the beach was really critical to making the trip fun and relaxing. It is so nice to be able to go to the beach for just a few minutes at a time, and not force your toddler to stay longer just because you've put in a ton of work to pack up and drive there. We also felt that the property was the best managed one that we've stayed out, among many large VRBOs that we've rented. Everything was spotless and in working order, the house was extremely well stocked, and we did not need to communicate at all with them during our stay (even though they were available if needed).

We traveled with a large group for a getaway with our businesses and families together. 17 people total with 6 of them being children/infants all under 4. I can't say enough how perfect this property was for us. The place was fully stocked with everything and they fully provided us beyond expectations on other items for all of our very young children. The property was very clean and they promptly took care of any requests we had. I wish we stayed longer! We will certainly try to come back here and try out some of their other properties. Thank you again for such a great place, we had a wonderful time!

10/10!! We absolutely loved our family’s stay at this property. The property itself is stunning and has every activity and amenity one could ask for. There is plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The management team supplies everything you need, which was so helpful while traveling with small children. We loved sitting by the fire pit at night, watching the stars from the boardwalk leading to the beach, teaching the children to swim at the pool, and waking up every day to the view of the ocean. The location could not be better. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend this property enough!

This was the second time at the beach house. We had a wonderful time. There were even more beach resources than the last time. Al is very responsive to any of our needs. We love coming here and hope to come again soon.

This property was truly AMAZING! This is my 6th BHIP home. They never disappoint and each one just seems to get better and better. The layout of this home was wonderful. Plenty of space to gather and plenty of space to be apart. The bedrooms were all as described, very comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked as always. The pool and hot tub area were like an Oasis. Very thoughtfully placed and landscaped. We had a marvelous albeit short trip and definitely want to return. Al Roberts is like a magician. I have no idea how he is available on the spot each and every time I contact him :)
