the pool and beach was very nice .
not enough restaurants, no entertainment, no nightly shows , not much to do.

Most valuable about the property is the staff, always very kind and willing to support whatever you need.
I dislike about the check in… we arrive at the right time but the room was delivered late.
in my opinion is overrated because of the price vs attractions and events in the hotel. The staff do what they can but it would be better the administration or managers offer more events like music fests, disco or any other night activities

Overall, the resort was very nice. The beach was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The whole property felt very safe and secure. The bathrooms around the property were nice. The pool was clean and lovely.
The check-in experience took much longer than expected. There were no paper towels or air dryers in the bathrooms around the property. The shower water temperature in the room was inconsistent and the drain kept clogging. The dinner staff at the Hibachi restaurant was unfriendly. The COVID-19 testing experience was disorganized due to scheduling difficulties.

Pool bar service was the only benefit. It’s very sad that I can’t write anything else.
Restaurants were hardly open. So I did not feel all the value. However the worst experience was the check in as the front desk operator was very rude. Additionally the room that they provided was a handicap room. Had to wait to be switched.
