I walked in to a smiling lady at the front desk which made checking in easy. My family enjoyed the large suite we stayed in and also enjoyed the peace and quite which made it easier to sleep. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to stay.

Very relaxing, clean soft beds. Shower was amazing. Really enjoyed our weekend away. Kitchenette included things we needed such as glasses, utensils. Smelled very nice as well. Plenty of space in the room. Didn't feel cramped up like most places.

Pillows were very soft. Which is good but they were a little too soft for me. Lol Definitely would return.

Loved everything about the property

I loved the large open room with a full refrigerator and it dishwasher is was just amazing. You could stay there for a long time and be comfortable.

You do you have to be to breakfast by 830 to have a nice selection.

The breakfast and the reception staff were great. However, the cleaning was awful. They cleaned our room and changed our toiletries and towels 3 days after we arrived. I really felt very disappointed with that.

To clean the rooms every day as other hotels do.

I loved the location of the property. We were in town to watch my son play in the Savannah vs Tuskegee game. We were going to stay closer to the school but the hotel prices were double the price for the same caliber of hotel so we decided to stay in Pooler. Great idea on our part. We ended up staying and was able to hang out after the game in the Savannah area, a short 25 min drive and we got all of the roundy action of the Savannah party area, which we loved, then got to come back to the quietness of the hotel area. The staff was very friendly and attentive, there were fresh, wrapped complimentary apples at the desk. The room was clean including the bathroom. There were lots of towels which I love as I switch towels and wash cloths often. The Zero % soap was very mild and gentle for my skin and I was able to use it as I usually bring my own soap but left it this time. We missed the breakfast because we slept in from being out late the night before, lol, but there was still coffee and the hours for breakfast was 7-10 which were good hours for weekend stayers. The outlet’s were right across the street. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Overall we LOVED the hotel and the area. Will definitely be coming back!

The cost. Great room and staff but not worth $300/night. It was a more like a $200/night in my humble opinion.

Unfortunately I was sick, but it appeared to be an excellent breakfast setup.

I liked the breakfast. It had a wide variety of choices and was prepared fresh every day. A very clean atmosphere.

There were no biscuits and gravy available.
