Shower curtain was bit smelly

Room was spacious! Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had lots of room as well.

Noisy. Could hear people walking down the hallway and other toilets flushing. Airport is nearby and could also hear the airplanes (we excepted that though). No pool for kids.

It was dirty and the bed was terrible. Obese people must have sat on the edge and when we were in bed it felt as if we were falling off. The chair in the room was horrible. Trash was stacked by the ice machine and stayed there all day. Unsightly and smelled bad. The grounds were unkept and the parking lot was dirty with trash the entire time we were there. The location was good for our purposes but we will never stay there again. The entrance to the hotel was dirty and smelled bad.

Bed was comfortable

Pubic hair in tub and toilet had hair all under seat and looked like dried pee. I cleaned it best I could. Floor in bathroom very sticky. Also no bags for laundry 9

I chose this hotel for two reasons, one being the brand because this hotel brand has always been know for quality facilities, the second reason is location. This location is in the heart of everything to do in Pooler.

The condition of the facilities were not on par with other Courtyard's I have stayed in. The hallway carpets were damaged, stained, and in overall poor condition. The room was in good condition. However, the toilet seat was a cheap, plastic seat that felt like you were falling every time you sat on it. The stay was a 4 night stay that averaged $294 a night. This is not a $300-a-night quality hotel.

That your staff was very police room's were clean over all I will come back to stay again
