close to the airport

the first room we were put in the a/c did not work, the toilet was not bolted down and the phone cord would not stay connected to make calls. the second room we were put in the bed dipped so low in the middle you could feel the box springs and your body was in the shape of a V. the third room they moved us to only had one bed and a pullout and was not an ADA room like we had requested…we chose this hotel due to traveling with our son and needed two bed vs one bed and a pullout. there was no choice but to take the room, no apologies or discount…we were just stuck. there was also a cleaning bottle and rag left in the bathroom and the tub had huge chips out of it that had turned black. this was not a great experience at all.

The lobby was beautiful. Nice and clean. The front desk clerk was super friendly during check-in. The water pressure was good for a hotel.

My room was dirty. The carpet had many stains on it where I didn't like being bare foot. And the walls were dirty. I didn't have a black out curtain that worked very well. And the bed was very wobbly. The mattress was not bad but the frame itself was bad. It could have just been my room because my coworker did not have the same issues. I am not sure. The location was great though very close to the airport. and the price was good. My room was just a little run down.

The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk manager on our 3/16 evening arrival was excellent! She has so much personality and was very helpful and friendly!

Shuttle was great!

The bathroom was not very clean. Under the sink area was filthy.

Dog barked first night Jan.1 and driver of shuttle to airport could not lift our luggage on to van we had to do it We are 81 and 83 very active so we did it. When we got back same driver again, he said he was injured and was not allowed to lift baggage so again we did it. This is not acceptable.

tv are old and doesn’t hdmi plug in, and half the sockets don’t work

it was convenient & clean

blind was torn. TV console was old and finish was off. TV was small 24 inch TV. Complimentary breakfast was suppose to be until 9, we went down at 8, one serving of eggs, a couple of sausage in the warmers. No milk for cereal.

Cleanliness of room and hotel

Furniture and decor in room outdated. No blind on window so the outside light shone in the room all night disrupting my sleep. Free breakfast was from 6-9 am. We went at 8 and there was no hot food, no milk for cereal
