We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and had a free shuttle which was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included in the room rate was very good.

This hotel did not function as an airport hotel for us. We were arriving on a late flight (after 11 pm) so had booked this hotel because it was next to the airport. When we emerged with our bags around midnight and phoned the hotel, we were told the hotel shuttle ‘had stopped for the night’ at 11. (NB this was not clear on the hotel website.) We were left to get a taxi - 3 minute drive, $23! - to get our exhausted selves to our room. Which smelled strongly of smoke. For $200, this is just poor.

Lack of cleanliness in the entry halls, elevator and rooms are dated not clean. There is mold in the tub, soap holder and handle. The shower curtain Rod is rusted. The inside of the toilet has a ring.

The breakfast was good. Had a lot to choose from.

The woman that served the breakfast was not very friendly. I turned the TV to watch something different while I was eating and she got the remote and changed the channel back to crappy CNN and then took the remote to the back so it couldn't be changed again. Not everyone likes watching that station. How rude. I paid for that hotel I should be able to watch what I want.

Customer service was helpful.

The room we stayed in had 0 air conditioning, it was extremely uncomfortable and HOT... So we were moved to another room upstairs which had hair in the bed and lipstick on the pillow cases. Dirty.

Heather was AMAZING! She was so sweet and accommodating. She is a hard worker! we asked for blankets and pillows and sheets. Heather got them for us late Friday night! Heather also provided whatever we needed at breakfast on Saturday morning. Very hard worker indeed!!!!

The manager yelled at Heather in the middle of breakfast and it was embarrassing for your hotel. Heather looked like she was about to cry. That manager on duty the morning of March 5th needs to be fired! she had long wavy black hair and wore black scrubs. A young pretty girl, but her attitude was anything but professional!!! (unsure if she was a manager, but the way she spoke to Heather was uncalled for! ) First room we had was smoke smelling and had some greasy stuff on the divider. The front desk lady gave us a new room which was much better, but paying $254 for a room for one night was not worth it. We won’t be staying there again!

Perhaps better places to plug in Chargers by the nightstands. Really small stupid request… Grits at the breakfast please… Sorry… Nit picking, I know…

Everything was clean and sanitized.

Shower doors stuck. TV channels was basic. The Fairfield in Port Wentworth has smart TVs and I was able to log into my Netflix account. Hotel should upgrade.
