breakfast and room and staff were the best in the expereince

i didnt like that there was no water sports in the hotel ( jet ski ,padel ....)

The rooms are not soundproof, i could hear conversations from next room … the level of noise from the side and top rooms at night was very uncomfortable.

ازعاج جدا في المكان وازعاج من عمال النظافه كل شوي يطقون الباب مع اني حاط عدم ازعاج

The conceiges made you feel welcomed. It is a beautiful hotel, the room was clean, and I appreciated that house keeping removed the carpet from the room. I appreciated the gift of dates on arrival, the dates were delicious! The flower arrangement in the reception was stunning.

The view was disappointing, you need to stay in a suite to get a good view. If I visited again I would opt for a suite. A suggestion, if the bathroom is renovated, recommend to remove the bath, and make a bigger shower and more space for the toilet (it was so small my knees almost touched the door). Most of the staff were polite but did not seem happy nor friendly.

Fantastisk flott hotell med meget fin beliggenhet. Store soverom og gode senger. Gode fasiliteter med egen strand, basseng, flott gym med SPA og masse flotte restauranter.

Variety for breakfast and dinner for the halfboard guests like us- the food was the same each and every morning and night. Outside swimming pool - quite old as well as the hotel- the floor is quite scratching over there. I would rather pay a bit more but stay in another 5 star hotel as that one is quite old. Really old. Infrastructure I mean. The rooms were fine , as we booked two.

Amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton! Exceptional staff at every encounter, from the welcome every time in reception, the pool, the beach and the spa where the lovely girls helped us organise tennis, complimentary with rackets too. Housekeeping were extremely thoughtful, little surprises throughout our stay, flowers, towel art, we loved it. Special shout out to the team in the Club Lounge, brilliant they looked after us so perfectly, Mila, Dyanne, Wilberforce, everyone, thank you. It was my husband’s birthday and he was treated to balloons, cakes flowers and singing, in the room, Lounge and even the beach! Thank you so much everyone. The view from the Club Lounge was Wow, the food, drinks on offer throughout the day wonderful, definitely recommend. We had a great evening at B Lounge, one of the Hotels restaurants, lovely setting, beautiful food, again wonderful staff. Hotel buggies take you to the beach, just over a bridge, they took us to the shopping mall just at the entrance to the hotels long driveway. We had a fun night out in Lusail. We enjoyed long swims in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool area was pretty. Can really recommend a luxurious stay at the Ritz Carlton where everyone wants you to have the best time.

Absolutely fantastic service from the minute we arrived till the minute we left! Every member of staff was so welcoming and despite being fully booked made us feel like we were their only guests! A special mention for Pearl who was amazing wrh our daughter and made her stay so much more special.

Все хорошо, сервис на супер-мега-гипер уровне. Вам будут кнопку в лифте за вас нажимать. Бассейн хороший, отличный вид из номера, завтрак отличный, приятная гостиница, рекомендую.

Everything honestly can't fault the hotel

Honestly I'm very critical but honestly can not fault it. They really have thought about everything. It's as though every staff member loves their job and lives and breathes the Carlton Ritz. Didn't mean the management but credit to them!...

‏الموقع جميل وفيه خصوصية للفندق. ‏الحديقة الخارجية كانت رائعة وساعدنا الجو الجميل في شهر يناير ‏موظفو الفندق ودون ومحترم جدا في جميع المستويات ‏الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة وفاخرة ‏التنظيف ممتاز ‏الإفطار جميل ورائع ومتنوع كلف 100 ريال على الشخص ‏دورات المياه نظيفة

‏الدش المطري وتصريف الماء للمغسلة يحتاجون صيانة بسيطة لكن لم تؤثر على تجربتنا في الفندق.

الموظفين أكفاء وجدا رحبييين بالتعامل مع الأطفال رائعين بالتعامل مع العائلة و متعاونين ومؤدبين جدا

تمنيت لو كان هناك مسبح نسائي مخصص
