The spa area, the terrace and all other amenities made of this hotel one of our favourite.

Our room was in the annex building - across the street is a ‘bowling bar’ with moud music until 2am

Welcome staff do they best. The hotel is clean and cozy, the dinner service and French cuisine are excellent. Spa facilities are good bonus to staying, but most of all advantage - location in mountain village and the views. Stunning view on mountains directly from balcony.
The room (double room) is narrow, without any free space. The jacuzzi water is not warm enough.

Great location at the feet of ski slopes. Elegant Family atmosphere at the hotel. Spa is relaxing and includes all what is needed for a good time (Sauna, Hammam, jacuzzi, swimming pool). Staff very friendly.

Excellent location within walking distance of Bossonnet ski lift. The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna and the pool were very nice. We had a lovely time there. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed in the chalet with our 2 kids - it was great. It combined the privacy of a chalet with the comfort of a hotel. Super friendly staff and very comfy chalet.

the pool was okay, however spa and hammam very cramped, and luckily we arrived early as the pool suddenly was filled with people and no where to sit.
hosted a wedding without informing us, we called 2 days prior to ask about parking and were told ample parking on site, when we arrived we found no parking, restaurant was closed and the pool table as well.

Beautiful hotel with cosy rooms, and super accessible to both the town and slopes. Sauna, steam room and pool are the best way to wind down after a long day of skiing. Staff are very friendly too - highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, clean. It is part of a hotel-group so most things are better in general. The restaurant is nice.
The snow making machine of the neighbors was on, also during the night noice. In the room you also hear people in the hall.

Checkin was from 3 pm . Was told by receptionist EMMA to wait until she would give us the key in lounge area..She never arrived so I asked and was given the key at 17.10…she was abrupt and unfriendly..Other people arrived after us and were swiftly issued there keys
