The staff tried to help us when we requested help. He offered us an additional blanket and glasses for champainge when we requested.

First of all the room was cold, as it was not pre-heated before our arrival. So we had to stay for some time in our warm clothes until the room temperature was acceptable. The bathroom was very cold and the floor was ice cold as there were no bathroom carpet or bath flip-flops there. There were puke stains on the room carpets. And there were some surfaces with dust on them. The TV was from the last century, we could barely see the displayed video. And there were only couple of channels available, and of course all in Russian. The Wi-Fi signal was awful so Internet navigation was a quest for us, never though that this is even possible. The nearby so called museum was closed, and it turned out that you need a special guide to arrange a trour for an additional paymet. So naturally 3 questions arise: 1. Why on earth would you call your property a museum if the access to the museum is restricted for the guests 2. Why isn't the trour cost included into the room cost. For my 2 nights stay I payed almost 50 euro in a hotel located in a ordinary village. Now this seems quite unfair from my perspective. 3. Why the museum access arrangements details are not disclosed on the property page before the client book any room. Because we planned to visit the museum at the property as part of our leisure schedule.

The location is good. The apartment is big. Inside it was a good temperature.

The wifi is very weak. It worked just very short time. The apartment was at 4-th floor. No elevator in the building.
