Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war gut.

Man kann kein Fenster aufmachen oder kippen um zu lüften, das Raumklima war immer stickig, sodass wir nicht im Zimmer sein wollten und nachts geachwitzt haben denn es ließ sich auch nicht kühler regeln, die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert, die Minibar hat nicht wirklich gekühlt und der Zimmerservice hat uns einmal sitzen lassen, nachdem wir um zwei Teller und Besteck gebeten hatten. Alles in allem am Ende leider äußerst unbefriedigend, das hat die Aussicht dann auch nicht mehr rausgerissen.

We originally upgraded to a king room however there was an awful smell of drains so we were moved to a smaller room with not such a great view and then they wanted to charge for the original upgrade We had to ask with fir shower gel aswell as none was in the room. They advertise the superior rooms have great coffee and free mini bar but this appeared standard in all rooms and mini bar had 1 beer,1 coke and 2 bottles water Not the great amenities that they advertise

Small room.

It a modern Hotel with comfy beds and nice interior. It's my 2nd time staying there during fantasy Basel

as mentioned above. Itwas my 2nd time staying at the hotel. However it smelled a lot after canalisation. Sometimes even during taking a shower and we had no chance to open a window to ventilate, which was horrible considering the price..

The view was great and the breakfast full. Staff was really helpful and the facilities certainly met my expectations. The location was not central per se but 10 minutes await by public transport, 5 minutes by car on 20 minutes walking distance.

We had some minor miscommunication about extras request but all was sorted with the support of the staff, therefore the things that I did not like were sorted on the spot.

The location is very good (near the tram station), the included minibar consumption, the comfy bed

We were able to hear the neighbours closing the curtains and also while they were talking on the phone (the walls between the rooms aren't noise proof at all)

The gray seats at the restaurant in the lobby level of the hotel were a bad idea as you can feel every movement from those sharing the other/opposite side of the bench. Very uncomfortable and annoying when you are having a meal .

They gave us early check in with a complimentary price and provided transport cards so we can use public transport for a full day for free. Also the cards included 50% discount on the museums we visited. Marvin was very helpful and explained to us where to go and which transport to use. A very nice hotel with excellent value for money.

They provide breakfast only, no room service or restaurants available, otherwise everything was really nice.

Everything very good! (Except air conditioning)

Air conditioning was too hot (in winter). No way to open the windows as it is a wonderful tower.
