Everything: the room, the staff, the breakfast, the location, everything was perfect!

There is nothing you can dislike about this hotel.

Location and breakfast were very good! Staff friendly and helpful!

We asked for separated beds and unfortunately they couldn't provide.

Although we only had a standard room (not the fancy ones shown in the photos) it was adequate for our 4 night stay. Not big at all, but enough space to store our clothes, and everything worked as it should, with a decent bathroom with an excellent shower and bath. Had a sloping ceiling (3rd floor, in the roof) but managed to not bang any heads for the stay! Only a 5 minute walk to the river, and maybe 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Metro station a couple of minutes away, it is perfect for any of the Old Town of Prague and beyond. We walked everywhere. Staff were all great, always keeping busy, but always friendly. On arrival, we had a short map briefing by the chap on reception, giving hints on how to get to places - not selling anything, just being helpful. Catered for gluten intolerance, and remembered (or had a note) so every breakfast they had some GF bread ready without us having to ask every time. Breakfast had plenty of choice, from cooked to cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cakes. Bar was quiet and well-stocked, and we tried a few cocktails. The outdoor area is very pleasant, with quiet music playing, closing at 10pm so you won't get late night partying for those wanting to sleep. Located near a noisier bar (Brit Bar), but even on the busiest night (lots of people out on the street) we couldn't hear anything once inside the hotel grounds. Couldn't be faulted.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren super!

Super Frühstück und nettes Personal. Parken in der Tiefgarage hat uns alles erleichtert. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar was man sehen sollte. Hop on Hop off Bus mit Flussfahrt war top.

Wir haben die zentrale Lage sehr geschätzt und trotzdem war es ruhig. In der nächsten Querstraße war gleich die Tram und die Metro.

Su ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno era muy bueno, los productos eran de buena calidad y el café muy bueno y caliente.

Al ser buhardilla era incómodo para mi estatura, igual pasaba en el baño, la ducha era un poco incómoda

Posizione eccellente. A 50 metri dall' hotel, oltre ad una fermata della metro, passano tutti i tram principali 22, 2, 18. Buona colazione. Molto silenzioso seppur in zona molto viva.

Camera e bagno un po' datate. Manca un po' di manutenzione. Da un quattro stelle mi sarei aspettato almeno un kit da bagno

スタッフの方々はとても親切で、プラハ旅行を不安なく過ごせました。ホテルの立地が最高で、主要な観光地へのアクセスがしやすく、徒歩でもすぐに市街に出られるのが良かったです。

Great location, within easy walk to the key sites in Prague. Breakfast buffet was large and interesting, and bed was comfortable.

Walls and ceilings were very thin, so could hear almost exactly what our neighbour was saying (may have just been a loud speaker though!), and could hear the people above take a shower at 2am. If you are departing before 7am, they can do you a packed up breakfast, but it turns out it’s made almost 24 hours earlier, and is just sandwiches really, so wouldn’t recommend. Some staff were great, some were awful

The bedroom was very hot, but once the windows were opened it soon cooled down.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, vas a pie a los lugares turístico de interés en apenas un par de minutos. Las habitaciones están muy bien, la limpieza es exquisita. Respecto al desayuno, recomiendo hacer la reserva incluyéndolo, es excepcional, muy variado, hasta tortilla francesa que te hacen en el momento con los ingredientes que elijas. Estuve 5 días y siempre había cosas nuevas en el desayuno, que no había el día anterior. El personal del comedor es encantador, como en casa. El día que me tocaba abandonar el hotel, comenté que me iba a las 7 de la mañana y necesitaba el traslado al aeropuerto, pues bien, esa mañana me encontré que en recepción me tenían un picnic preparado ya que no iba a disfrutar del desayuno en el hotel (sandwich variados, fruta, agua y hasta unas chocolatinas exquisitas), todo un detallazo lo del picnic. Si volviera a Praga, sin duda este sería mi hotel.

Praticamente tutto. Ho dovuto pagare in anticipo anche prima della data di cancellazione gratuita (in altre nazioni come la Spagna non è così) all'arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera piccola, vetusta e priva totalmente di prese elettriche se non trovarle dopo una lunga caccia al tesoro dietro alla tv.... Imbarazzante!!! Per non parlare dell'armadio e dei comodini veramente anacronistici, mancavano il secchio per gettare i rifiuti e il set di cortesia che stranamente le addette di pulizia avevano ma non per la mia camera. In sintesi una camera doppia?! Nooo... per la servitù!!! Dopo averVi contattato diverse volte, all'improvviso, dopo due notti, sono stato chiamato da una ragazza, Gabriella, molto cortese che mi ha offerto di cambiare finalmente la mia doppia con una diversa e dopo aver preso visione di due opzioni ho scelto la camera numero 224 (la prima era la sei) una doppia che finalmente si presentava degna e ristrutturata completamente. Inoltre la signora Gabriella mi ha offerto due buoni per due drink. A questo punto mi è sembrato corretto avvisarvi e ringraziarvi anche se senza la mia determinazione avrei passato l'intero soggiorno nella terribile camera numero sei ma ho chiesto a livello di cortesia (dopo aver ricevuto un trattamento a dir poco imbarazzante) di fare il ceck out ritardato di un paio d'ore (alle 14,00 invece delle 12,00.... Non mi sembrava una richiesta assurda... Vista l'accoglienza ricevuta e la mancanza di risolvere la problematica in loco). Anche qui ho scontato una disorganizzazione da parte Vostra nel rispondermi prontamente anzi ho dovuto sollecitare sempre per avere una risposta definitiva che consisteva in sintesi cosi: la struttura se avrà la stanza disponibile potrà assecondare la mia richiesta.

Lovely hotel, had some building work going on which was a little unsightly but these things can't be helped. Staff really great, provided great breakfast boxes for our early start one morning.

Generally quiet apart from building noise which was fine during the night but if you fancied a little sleep in the afternoon it was difficult.

Small room, very old and bad smelling furniture. Very tin walls, you can hear any conversation from the next room, and specially bathroom. Very tall and unconformable pillows

The staff was very helpful and engaged. The host on our first day gave us some suggestions about where to eat that was good and reasonable. That meal was one of the best meals we had while in Prague.

Our first room had a bad smell after the first night. It seemed to be after the air conditioning had ran for a little while. They changed us to a different room after the second night and there were no other issues.

The hotel is close to the metro station and close to Prague's famous attractions. Easy access from Prague hlavní nádraží. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is very good.

Not a bad breakfast, but I didn't like the coffee and juices at all. The rooms my parents and I occupied did not have a table to put laptops on; my room had no slippers or make-up kit; the sockets are placed very low; the TV also hangs too low; the air conditioning in 306 is positioned so that you have to brace yourself for colds and is very noisy. Extremely inconvenient parking and unless you are a master of parking, it's best not to try it. The staff in the dining room for some reason offered to make omelettes absolutely selectively, they did not offer us, although we speak English and German, and in the native language of the girls - in Russian.
