Security is super low with super easy code to guess I entered my neighbour room with my key, as the hotel employee made a mistake on number of room ANd finally gave me another room, but clearly cheaper less equipped no AC, and noise ... zéro insonorisation. Paid 100 a night for a 40-50e max room

Wonderful location - really central to old city but quiet and secure rooms. Easy and convenient check in. Highly recommend!

Location 100% fit our expectations . very close walking to each touristic attractions . Metro access close.

The reseption is far a way, 700 meter , terrible welcoming because that. They have rooms with no access to elevator !!! Nobody with " basic eanglish " welcoms you. Necessary and mandatory to know this before order.

The room was large & everything was modern. we had a balcony which was great & everything was clean. the location is amazing! couldn’t fault it. the staff were excellent, friendly & very helpful.

you checkin at a different location then you take a taxi or walk 8mins to your hotel location. the rooms are on the 3rd floor so you take a lift to floor 5, through the corridor & down 3 flights of stairs. this was a little strange but easily done & we got used to it. the cleaner only changed 1 cup & added more coffee but didn’t do anything else to the room which you would expect in a hotel

The location is amazing, walking distance from every central location in the city. the room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice, offered us a taxi from the reception to the hotel on the house.

Didn't know that the hotel and the reception were on two separate locations, I think that people should know it. about 8 minutes walk, our phone in the hotel room didn't work, so if we would've had any problems we would'nt be able to cotact the reception. The hotel is located at the top floor of an old building, the elavator is old and not so good, and if you choose the stairs you gain a free full body workout. The room could use some more power plugs.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Room was perfect size for two people and clean. Extremely safe, and would stay and recommend again. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room itself was fine - modern, spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom, though not a fan of the hard floors due to noise transmission from adjoining rooms. We could open the windows. Kettle provided. The location in the historic Jewish district was convenient and quiet at night, though heaving with tour groups during the day. Despite these attributes, could not recommend staying here for numerous reasons, including: ridiculous and tedious check in process at separate location; no lift to our third floor room; noise transmission from neighbours; difficult, laborious access to building using four different keys.

Where do we start with this place…. Check-in is not conducted at the Prague Old Town Residence; you must travel to a separate location at a sister hotel quite some distance away. This information is concealed in a paragraph a long way down the booking confirmation page, resulting in many guests, including ourselves, turning up at the Old Town Residence to be confronted by a nondescript apartment building with locked doors and no one in the area seeming to know there were even hotel rooms within the building (which has mixed residential uses). After finally working out the check in process, we walked across town with all our luggage to the other hotel. To their credit, they send you back in a cab with a porter to the Old Town Residence, but the process of accessing our room was like a Monty Python sketch. Our room on the third floor had no lift access and required us to take the tiny elevator to the fifth floor, enter a locked corridor using a coded keypad, then go down four flights of internal concrete stairs to the third floor (48 in total) enter another door (broken lock on this one) to an area containing three rooms, one of which was ours. To exit, we had the option of walking down six flights of stairs (72 stairs) to a back door that led around the outside of the building, or we could reverse the process of going up four flights of stairs to the fifth floor and taking the lift down to the abandoned lobby on the ground floor. Truly bizarre and totally unsatisfactory when guests are hauling luggage and have no prior indication of the poor accessibility. Having to carry around the bunch of keys needed for access was also not ideal. The room itself was fine but the hard floors throughout (including corridor) ensured that we heard every detail of the neighbouring rooms’ loud buck’s weekend. There are no staff on site which doesn’t provide confidence or assurance during the stay. Could not recommend this place.

Location is excellent. Lots of good restaurants and museums.

Couple of issues, apartment was threadbare in some areas. Poor lighting. No place to put toiletries in bathroom. IR sensor in hall does not work in the night, so fumble in darkness. Issue with checkout as leaving the key in the room can (I think) lead to being locked in the building as the main door exit gets locked by other residents. Need a key box downstairs. Maybe it was a 10 a few years ago but I rate it a 5 now.

The location was superb; very easy to reach anywhere in the city centre on foot. Loved the view from the windows! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was super clean with L'Occitane products for the guests to use. We also appreciated the tea selection - came in very handy when we came back after walking around the city for hours in the middle of winter!

After checking in, we were walked to the property by one of the employees. I found this excessive, as the person walking us also suggested we get a taxi to reach the flat located mere 700m away from the reception. I would understand if we were tourists with heavy suitcases and no clue where they were going, but I'm a local, we had no bags and I let the man know that I knew my whereabouts. Overall this was nothing major, just thought it was unnecessary.

Staff was really nice and helpful

the receptionist was incredibly kind and very helpful. The staff was able to help us locate the facility and get settled into the room. The room was very clean and perfect size for the two of us!

The room itself was nice and spacious, yet still had a really cosy feeling about it, the standard of the room was good and the bathroom was clean and modern too.

The only downside I personally found about the room was that the walls were a little thin, and we could hear our neighbours when they’d open their door, move about or speak loudly. Lucky for us we didn’t have any serious issues regarding this as our neighbours were nice and quiet, but I can imagine if a loud couple were to stay it could become and issue.

Staff were great and very helpful. Location couldn't be better, right next to metro stations and the old town. Room was clean and good standard.

Bed could have been comfier/more pillows but everything else was good.
