The staff allowed us to check in early. The rooftop pool area was colourful and comfortable. Very comfortable bed.

No warm water 1st day (even though the geyser switch was turned on - To their credit, they fixed it the next day when I brought it to their attention.) Basin plug was broken. If you drain the bath, the bathroom floods. (Bad plumbing I imagine, they just shrugged when I mentioned this one). Left bedside lamp didn’t work. One day; the door lock didn’t work, room service assisted by slamming it hard a couple of times, and then it worked. They mentioned something about flat / faulty batteries. The TV sporadically dipped to black frames, it had very poor reception though so wasn’t really worth watching anything.

The team is very Nice and take care about me since Day One. This is my second time coming for business here and wifi is the key point I always check. Until now everyrhing went well. Thank you Rummisa, Kirti, Gokul, Michael the Dream team. See you next time
