The room and bathroom were clean. We could make tea in the room, and there was a TV (but there were no wanted channels). Not much space, but enough for two people. The hotel is very close to public transport stations.

The bed mattress's surface in some places was a bit lower and in others a bit higher, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on it. Also, I tried to use the TV, but it had only a few channels, so I couldn't find anything I wanted.

Super close to the metro station, I was lucky that I found a free parking space nearby, considering that garage parking is super expensive McDonalds was also very close Comfy beds, very clean

You could tell that the hotel was old, but for that price, really ok

I stay at this facility quite often when I travel to Vienna for work. The location is perfect! It is right opposite the train station and makes it super convenient for me to get to my office. The lady at the reception is very pleasing and welcoming. The rooms have all the basic amenities enough for a night's stay and are always clean and tidy. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay.

The rooms on the lower floors don't block out all the noise from the street (even when the windows are closed). For someone who is a light sleeper this can be bothersome. Not all rooms have ACs. In the winter this wouldn't bother most people but I'd guess that in the summers it could get uncomfortable.

Very good location, just infront of the subway, Aly the Egyption man in the reception is very helpful and he is a great man &Mohand in the night shift also is great.

I booked a triple room and the receptionist insisted on giving us a double room. I had to wait an hour in the hotel lobby for our room to be ready. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Unacceptable. The room was very small. That was not the problem, but in summer in Vienna it was extremely hot. It has no air conditioning, no fan. Therefore we had to sleep with the windows open with a lot of noise from the street. Horrible experience. We didn't even try to see what breakfast was about as after a bad night all we wanted was to leave that hotel.
