Location and the room is spacious(family suite).

If you have a van or suv it will be hard to park, the basement parking is so congested. The tub in the toilet is built in weird so it will always overflow and get the whole bathroom floor wet.

It was superb room with a large balcony and a view of the beach. Spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and I would stay there again too. It was very well located on the main strip with lots of great restaurants.

Property was a 5 minute walk from Haeundae Beach. The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the beach from our room. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast buffet in the mornings offered a variety of western and Korean foods that changed every day.

We booked a room for 4 people however the room only had 2 beds; one queen and something between a twin and full. We were able to make it work however the advertised set up for 4 people was supposed to have beds big enough for 4 and this was not the case.

Posizione ottima! A due passi da uscita metro e praticamente davanti al mare. Abbiamo prenotato una sistemazione in suite per avere a disposizione tanto spazio per poter sistemare valigie e rilassarci per gli ultimi giorni in Corea. A Seoul avevamo incontrato solo camere piccole. Ci e’ stata data la possibilita’ di scegliere tra due sistemaIoni. Lo staff e’ intervenuto rapidamente per riparare alcune luci e la cassaforte, bravi. Anche in un giorno in cui non era previsto make up della camera ci hanno fatto trovare una busta con tutto l’occorrente. Letto comodissimo e camera silenziosa. Molto luminosa e dalla nostra sistemazione si vedeva la spiaggia, anche se dai vetri macchiati da salsedine e polvere.

Strutta vecchia, non gradevole negli spazi comuni. Odore di vecchio e di cucinato perenne.Per arrivare in camera la sensaIone era di attraversare un mercatino tipico.In camera invece odori assenti e condizionatore perfettamente funzionante. La lobby e’ al 9 piano dell’edificio, cosa che a me non piace proprio perche’ sa di trascuratezza e poca accoglienza. Nonostante la stanza prenotata fosse una suite avrebbe bisogno di una sistemazione radicale. Mobili e parati vecchi, tende macchiate e vetri opachi. Pavimento vecchio ma pulito. Armadio inesistente. Lo sceglierei solo per la posizione davanti al mare e per la grandezza della suite, che a quel prezzo non e’ presente in altri hotel piu’ nuovi e vicini

The view was great, and it was located in a very convenient location. It allowed me to access all the best places locally, and go out drinking in popular places without a long walk back to my hotel...

Hygiene-wise, the hotel was awful. You know it is bad when you wonder if it had even been cleaned prior to your arrival. I was given a towel that had a hole in it, with some hairs wrangled into it. Then, when I went to try out the jaccuzi, it just leaked yellow/brown liquid and smelled like sewage. This was the main thing that ruined my experience. Not to mention, the entire apartment was dusty, and lots of furniture was a little broken (such as the table leg falling off, etc). Very disappointing.

Pegamos um quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso, cama super confortável. A localização era perfeita, somente atravessar a rua já estávamos na praia.
