Happy with the hotel

I traveled with my parents and Breakfast was very delicious everyday even locations was near by old town and I like the place it was quiet and comfortable.

Friendly n helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Seperate shower n bath.

Lack of attention around swimming pool when wanting to order food and drink.

Wow! What can we say only a little slice of heaven. If you’re looking for pure luxury and complete rest and relaxation- this is it! We were warmly greeted by the excellent staff who kindly provided us with a complimentary upgrade. The hut we staying in had everything, with the exception of a full length mirror. The beds were super comfy, the breakfast was beautiful with plenty of variety. The infinity pool provided the ideal setting to watch the sunset/sunrise.

Nothing I loved it all. It’s ideal for someone looking to enjoy the sun, nice food, massages and chill.

Great place for relaxing, resort had a spacious layout and lovely gardens, two pools and one with pool bar, room had lovely river view and was very spacious, clean and quiet. Shuttle bus very convenient times especially being able to come back at 9pm. Beach was also very tranquil and quiet, calm water and sun loungers available.

Air conditioner struggled. Bathroom in desperate need of a refurbishment

we absolutely loved staying here. lovely pools and we stayed in the river suite which was lovely. breakfast had a great choice each morning. free shuttle into the old town. beautiful grounds and ideal location between the river and the beach. beach was absolutely stunning and very quiet. we liked that this was in a quieter area although coffee shop, restaurants and spa just down the road. we loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful clean well maintained property is an excellent location, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating, loved the place.

The setting of the hotel - on the river and opposite the beach was just stunning. Both pools are really nice and it’s just a really peaceful place in the day. The hotel has a private beach area which was great. The room was very comfortable and cleaned to a good standard every day. Breakfast was included and had everything you needed, with some Western food included. The hotel run excursions and a shuttle bus to the Hoi A Town Centre was which really helpful and we meet some great people on the transport!

Would have given the hotel a 10 but 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed there they hosted parties for various groups not staying in the hotel. This included a significant set up in the day right by the main pool area and loud music from 1800 - 2200 on those nights. Luckily we were out of the resort for most of this time but if you’re looking to relax in the evenings as well as the day this might not be the hotel for you.

Location to the beach and beach lounges. Close to Hoi An Town without being in it. Lots of massage places and restaurants, so no need to eat in.

Very good breakfast menu in a relaxing large open space. Helpful smiling staff. A lovely resort.

Outdoor shower would be good next to the larger circular pool. Outdoor porch lights should turn off or dim at night or have longer curtains to block out bright light to sleep.

Breakfast was awesome and lovely service from everyone as always, Also love the location and rooms are very clean. Will be back next year 😀

Beach across the road with its own dedicated area with sun lounges and bar. situated 4kms away from the busy town centre which was good. Resort bus available or $5 grab ride

No rea issues, showing a little wear due to its age

Wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable room and bedding, nice smiling reception, polite and smiling driver gave the ride inside the hotel, clean pool water, close beach, free bicycle…

I couldn’t follow some receptionist English well sometimes.

Staff very good and got things done with a smile 😃
