the massage was really good, and the room was nice.

jacuzzi & steam room were not working. The thermostat in our room was not working which meant we could not adjust the temperature.

The Staff, especially the Manager Raul wasn’t being helpful at all. I was 2 hours away from the hotel in a meeting and my Guest arrived before me. They wouldn’t allow my Guest in the room without me physically bringing in the Bank Card that I made reservations with. I had to leave my meeting and drive over an hour just so they can let my guest in the room. Never again ! For a 5 star Hotel I would have expected a lot more. I could have been notified at least by the Hotel but they decided to keep my guest waiting on the Lobby. They had my Guest waiting for 2 hours.

Been staying at the 45 for the past 2 years now and I definitely don’t regret it. The room was wonderful , the balcony was huge , the staff were beyond friendly and the service was spectacular. The location too is a bonus. In the heart of London. Everyone was super helpful 24/7. Can’t wait to be back soon.
